The Christmas in July luncheon at the Byford Country Club was very successful with forty members attending.

Residents of Rowethorpe and Bentley Park are welcome to join us for a 30 minute walk. We start at 7.30am every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. Walk yourself happy and healthy and have a chat along the way. Please feel free to get into contact for more information.

Brush off those Dutch language cobwebs and come along for a chat. Whether you would like to learn more or reminisce on the older times, all are welcome.

The next social outing for the club is December 2nd for our Christmas lunch at the RAFFA restaurant in Bullcreek. Mark it on your calendar now. Our next gala day is the Patron’s Shield to be held on Wednesday 8th September. Nominations will close after bowls on Wednesday 1st of September. Check the club notice board for details. Members are reminded that the club’s AGM will be held the next day, Thursday 9th September at 9.30am in the Pavilion. All members are encouraged to attend.
