Conclusion
During the year we have, despite the challenges presented by the global coronavirus pandemic, made excellent progress in delivering our Equality Scheme 2018-2022 action plan and we are confident that our plan will be fully delivered by the end of 2021/22. During 2021/22 we will seek input from customers, employees and others to the development of our Equality Scheme 20222025.
With equality, diversity and inclusion there is always more to be done and we are committed to doing just that. We know from experience that by working with our employees, residents and stakeholders we can combine our skills, resources and energy to create a greater impact, make a bigger difference and deliver our social purpose. We will work with our residents, customers and partners with the aim of improving equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes for everyone regardless of: age; disability; gender identity; gender expression; marriage and civil partnership; pregnancy, maternity and paternity; race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins; religion or belief; sex; and sexual orientation.
