What are Swan doing about anti-social behaviour Swan's Neighbourhood Teams and AntiSocial Behaviour (ASB) Officers remain committed to supporting all our residents during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We understand that everyone is having to adjust to many more people being at home so we encourage you to remain considerate to your neighbours.

We know that this is a worrying and uncertain time for everyone. We want to reassure you that Swan will continue to do all we can to support you and your family over the coming weeks and months. Our staff who are not key workers are working from home and our offices are closed. You can access information about all our services including Welfare Benefits, Estate Services and the Concierge on www.swan.org.uk and speak to us via Live Chat there too. If you cannot find what you need online you can email us at info@swan.org.uk or call us on 0300 303 2500 but please bear with us, you might wait a bit longer than usual to speak to one of the team. London Borough of Tower Hamlets also have comprehensive advice available on their website and you can sign up to receive regular emails. Visit www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/corona virus for more information.

We are still here to help residents who are worried about ASB: • If you experience serious ASB (something that would be considered a crime), please report it to the Police by dialling 101, or 999 if it is an emergency.
