For the first time in my life I started thinking about what I want from my life

This group has helped me with my children and the importance to teach them at home not just in school

It has improved my confidence about meeting people

I found it really useful to get to know other parents and discuss issues

Since I have been attending the group I have grown in confidence and learned to handle difficult situations differently. The workers are easy to approach and will always be there to support and educate me if it’s something I don’t know.

The support service has enabled me to form a better and positive outlook on life and fatherhood

Through Dads group I have been able to enrol in many valuable practical skills workshops. The group meetings have given me confidence and scope to discover my strengths and attributes…I have also made new friends and recognised my potential

A high standards family support and support for single parents in the everyday things of life. They provide activities to enable you to get out and about, showing that you don’t have to spend money to have 1-1 time with your kids

Things have changed so much since my second son went to school

The Team have really helped me to gain a lot of confidence. They have helped my family to find accommodation and furnish my house through grants with essential items that we just could not afford

The programme is fab and I feel that it will help a lot of the parents to prepare their children for school

I talk to my children with the respect they deserve and I deserve back

Hearing everyone’s thoughts on discussions helped me to understand I am not alone
