Terms and Conditions Employees and their immediate families of the Culture and Tourism Department, City and County of Swansea are not eligible to enter the ‘Where’s Dewi?’ 2010. All entries must include name, address, age and phone number. Entry to ‘Where’s Dewi ?’ is free and is open to all aged 18 or under. The entry form must be authorised by a legal guardian or parent over the age of 18. For entries submitted via email a daytime telephone number of a parent or legal guardian must be provided. No purchase necessary. Closing date for receipt of entries is 1 pm on Friday 26th February 2010. There will be one winner of ‘Dewi the Dragon’. The winner will be announced on Saturday 27th February and will be notified on 1st March. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize. The winner will be chosen by the City and County of Swansea. The decision of the City and County of Swansea is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The City and County of Swansea reserves the right to publish the name and county of the winner. The winner will allow photographs to be taken and used for the purposes of publicity.
