DACE The Department of Adult Continuing Education (DACE) at Swansea University offers parttime, community-based learning across the South West Wales region. Our courses range from short, pathway tasters and accredited courses to HE certificates and a Part-time Degree in Humanities. Courses have been designed to be flexible in relation to time as well as location. Lifelong Learning Unit The City & County of Swansea Lifelong Learning Unit works with individuals and organisations to provide accessible learning opportunities in community based settings for post-16 adult learners. It works to improve and enhance the employment skills and prospects of adults. The Service works in partnership with Further Education, Higher Education and Voluntary Sectors to complement their provision and create progression routes for learners.
