3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded Swiss
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
2 tablespoons horseradish
8 slices regular-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and finely chopped
