Our system accommodates both small and medium to large filling operations. Our system is capable of filling PET jars as well as glass jars of almost any shape in semi-automatic and often in full automatic modi. Furthermore, not only our primary customer - honey fillers enjoy our equipment. Other professional fillers of high viscous liquids such as mustard, syrups and paint also use our filling equipment.

One of our popular budget filling systems capable of filling 800 jars per hour fully automatic including lid sorting, lid fitting and two labels. To start with our modular system you begin with the filling machine and rotating table and add the remaining components as your operation grows.

DANAapiMATIC filling machines At the heart of our modular system are our DANA api MATIC filling machines. We produce three different models of filling machines with capacities from 200 kg to 800 kg/per hour. All machines feature our easy to use Swienty dosing electronics which are very easy to program, calibrate and deliver a precise filling amount without drip with every dose. Additionally all our filling machines can be cleaned without tools within a very short time. Our range of DANA api MATIC filling machines, from the popular DANA api MATIC 1000 to our powerful DANA api MATIC 3000.

Filling stations Our filling stations are famous for their low price and yet high performance and reliability. They are easy to use and very reliable machines for the medium sized honey packer. All you need to do is to connect your DANA api MATIC to a tank full of honey, program the size of jars you wish to fill and calibrate the machine. After this you adjust your filling table to the jars you wish to fill and you are ready to go. Operation is straight forward: you place an empty jar in the infeed section of the table, wait until the table in combination with the filling machine has filled the jar and then you grab the filled jar in the middle of the table ready for capping and labelling. A single operator can easily fill 5-600 jars per hour with this system. Automatic filling station. Small units with high capacity, used by many startups as first step. Lidsorting machine Our lidsorting machine works entirely mechanical and is a very reliable system to deliver lids the right way round. The machine has a built in elevator and works with almost any type of lid from plastic with in-liners to twist-off lids of only Ă˜43 mm in size. The machine has an automatic stop function and can be adjusted easily for different sizes of lids. With a capacity of about 2000 lids per hour this machine is a suitable accessory for both of our lidfitting machines.

Electric lidfitting machine Our electric lidfitting machine features a low cost but robust lidfitting system for many different screw-on and twist-off jars in the range from Ă˜43 mm to Ă˜92mm. The machine has a built in torque sensor to prevent overfitting. The systems is very easy to adjust to different jar and cup sizes. Can be used as stand alone unit or in combination with our lidsorting machine. The capacity of this machine is up to 1000 lids per hour with a typical performance of 800 lids per hour. Electric lidfitting unit capable of capping many types of twist-off and screw on lids without the use of pneumatics. A very good entry-level machine.

Lidfitting machine Our electro pneumatic lidfitting machine is a development appreciated by many professional honey packers around the world. This machine is one of our best-sellers because it is fast, outmost reliable and can be used with a very wide range of caps. We have this machine in operation not only for honey packers but also for chemical producers, paint, mustard, juice etc. The machine features a pick and place system for the caps to initially place the cap onto the jar. After this operation the lid is tightened in a pneumatic lidfitting system. The capacity is up to 2.000 lids per hour with typical operation speed of 1.200-1.500 lids per hour. Swienty lidfitting unit with high capacity and high reliability. We have the unit in operation world-wide and it is known for its high versatility and low maintenance need.

Labelling machine Swienty supplies labelling machines that are custom build according to your labelling needs and wished capacity. We supply labelling machines that are versatile, easy to use and virtually maintenance free. We provide machines with front and back labels, optional with tamper proof seals, print on demand solutions from date-lot add ons to entire label print and many more features according to your needs. The capacities range from 800 labels per hour up to 5.000 labels per hour depending on the type of machine used and complexity of your label setup.

Small manual machines For the smaller operation we build several very useful devices that can save you a great deal of work or make your job much easier. Among many other tools we build a manual lidfitter designed as an ergonomic tool to save your wrists from unnecessary aches. Our label dispenser helps you to apply labels onto round or hex jars and ensures that they are placed straight and in the same position every time. Another very useful tool is our level alarm that will give a loud and distinct sound when your tank is about to be full, so you remember to take action and do not spill your valuable honey. Honey pumps We build two different honey pumps based on our own pump technology. Both pumps feature a Swienty gear pump with strong motors to suit your pumping need. Capacities range from 350 kg to 1.000 kg per hour. (We also provide larger pumps with capacities up to 3 tons/hour from our trade division). Our larger pump is manufactured in two versions, one plain pump and one model with built-in speed control and automatic level switch to ensure built-in autonomous operation without the need for interference.

Honeydrying unit The purpose of our honey drier is to ensure that your honey will not ferment on the shelf due to a too high moisture content. The operation is truly full automatic. All you need to do is connect the unit to your honey tanks for wet and dry honey and key in the target moisture content and operation will start and stop fully automatic. The working principle of this drier is to dry your honey at the lowest temperature possible in a vacuum chamber. This way we ensure a minimal contact time for the honey with heat and thus a gentle water reduction without excessively affecting the enzymatic activity of your honey. The capacity of this unit is about 600 kg per hour with 1% moisture reduction. Typically you will be able to reduce 2-3% moisture from 2-300 kg per hour.

Honey pasteurizing unit Our Swienty honey pasteurizing unit has been built to meet the growing demand for liquid honey in the market. Since honey is an oversaturated sugar solution and often contains sugar molecules that have a high tendency towards crystallization, it is important to melt all natural crystals as well as filtering debris out of your honey that can become a starter crystal. With this unit you can pasteurize about 600 kg per hour fully automatic. The unit will adjust the pump speed according to the initial honey temperature and give you alerts when the filters are clogged. Our long expertise in heat control in combination with honey comes into play here. This unit minimizes the time your honey is exposed to heat.

Honeystrainers & honeyfilters Swienty straining and filtersystems have been leading in the market for many years. Our simple, yet efficient strainer and filter systems from 100 to 1000 micron have a high capacity, low investment cost and are easy to handle. Our competence to combine gentle and controlled heat in combination with processing high quality honey, gives us the ability to provide you with systems that match your needs. The system fits both raw and processed liquid honey. Honey liquefying When liquefying honey, it is important to minimize the time your honey is exposed to heat as well as liquefying at the lowest heat possible. These two forces work diametrically against each other but with the right knowledge and experience you can minimize the damage to enzymes and generate as little HMF as possible. Our long-term expertise in heat control in combination with liquefying honey helps us to develop efficient products in this segment. With our devices you can liquefy your honey from crystallized state to liquid state in the most gentle yet efficient way possible without spending a fortune on machinery. Tanks, creamers, homogenizer Honey tanks and creamers supplied from Swienty are made from high quality stainless steel. We have single or double walled tanks with optional heating system and cooling systems for a more controlled honey-processing. All creamers and homogenizers are made with an efficient mixing and creaming rod to ensure that all honey is well mixed and crystals are broken to the right size for creamed honey. Our honey creamers can be supplied with a controlled heating/cooling system and with timers to start/stop the machine automatically. Tanks and creamers can be ordered from as small as 50 kg up to 10.000 kg in capacity with stands on wheels or plain. Honey tank left and double walled honey creamer and homogenizer right.

Analysis instruments When working with honey it is important to know what you are dealing with. We carry a focused range of honey analysis instruments so you can stay in control of your honey. We supply a wide range of refractometers from ATAGO, probably the world-leader in small refractometers. Conductivity meters with honey probes in order to specify a true honeydew. For color analysis, we supply a color grader that is used in international trade to specify honey in general terms. Finally we supply spectrophotometers to determine the fructose/ glucose ratio. With this information you can make the right blend of honey and determine if you should use your honey for liquid or creamed honey. There are more instruments in our complete range.
