One very important factor to consider is the fact that hiring professional graduated Butler is a very expensive choice. We select and train your existing staff with Hospitality background and experience or recruit a new potential Butler on request. Depending on the client's wishes, we will customize a training curriculum.

Our working and training method. Our curriculum is practical and skills focused. We emphasize on skills that are current and relevant to today’s Hotel Butler service. The curriculum is designed to provide Hotel Butlers the techniques on day 1 of their first Butler service position.

Our trainer teaches a personal service expertise and organizational structure that supports the management of complex hotel standards. The subjects covered in each include: Staff Management, Table Management, Laundry Management, Valeting Skills, Communication, Etiquette & Protocol, Additional practical training
Training method
Training takes place on location (Hotel). The location is very important for our role-playing in real guest mode setting. During the training there will be numerous events where the Hotel Butler and the trainers will be part of. From very formal dinners to casual lunches, from a banquet event to an afternoon tea.

A typical course day runs from 9 AM until 9 PM. The instructors will coach the Butlers throughout the course. On a daily and on a weekly basis the future Butler will receive feedback on their progress to become a superb Hotel butler. The Program contents a theoretical and practical part of the training.

The total cost is € 2.450,- per hotel unit excluded travel arrangement and accommodation during the entire training period. Recommend maximum participants per course per Hotel is 10 Butlers. We will include a customized training manual and SOP for free. This is a huge value. Duration of Training per Hotel = 5 days
