THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT The things that change the world, according to Chaos theory, are the tiny things “ - taken from Good Omens written by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. For some, playing games such as simple side scrolling or first person shooter, is merely as an act of passing time. But for other, playing game is much more than that. It is their mean of living and as escapism from reality. From these simple reason that create this passion and joy that latter budding into create their own living. Esport gaming is consider as a new type of sport. 1972’s Spacewar game between the Stanford student definitely create a new era for the gaming community by introducing the game competition culture. Since then, tones of competition and cups are been held. SEA Games 2019 is the first international esport event that feature medal sport as the prize where Malaysia successfully bring home a gold and a bronze. 2020’s Summer Olympic should be the year when Olympic Virtual Series make it maiden journey, only to be halted by COVID19 pandemic. Some countries are aware of this huge wave of this new sport and starts to invest to their countrymen. During 2014, Turkey’s Ministry of Youth and Sports started issuing esports player licenses to players certified as professional - like any other traditional athlete do. All these steps are crucial in order to introduce their country to the gaming frontline. Malaysia too, under government incentives have included esport athletes into the Majlis Sukan Malaysia program according to PIKOM. Under 2019 budget, Malaysian government has allocated RM10 million under Budget 2020 to establish and develop the esport industry. Hence, eSport industry may starts from a simple joy and passion but by cultivating and developing, it will definitely bring much more. SLeCT in honor of this Malaysian dreams and passions are proud to join this adventure to bring Malaysia standing in the eyes of the world once again.
According to wiki, butterfly effect is part from chaos theory where branch of mathematic is focusing on study of chaos, butterfly effect is a small change in one state that start the branch of mathematics. In simple terms, without the starting point ( buttefly effect) the chaos can’t really happen. For example, droplet of water.

To the industry, a starting point is needed on creating a succesfull future, and so do eSport, where SLeCT becoming a starting point for state region. To ensure the project is succesfull, the SLeCT program will be touching the core of the industry, community itself. Where potential player in the community will be part of the academy before going to the professional scene. Aside from the succesfull one, the others will also have a brunch of career awaiting for them. With this movement and program, a butterfly effect might occur in the future, especially about the streotype of the community about the industry.

GRAND BATTLE ARENA With the aim on being a centre for future eSport program, The Grand Battle Arena is designed to fulfill the objective, it can fill up to 800++ visitor at one time. The sitting designed multilevel to accomodate the quantity of visitor in the hall. To ensure the smooth of the program and privacy of the player, the entrance is divided between player, visitor and vip, Visitor can enter the hall from the first floor which start from ticket gate, and visitor can move into the hall using 4 entrance as per ticket assigned. Player can enter the arena at 2nd floor where all the player that participate will alocated at that floor. Vip can enter the arena from vip lounge that placed at the ground floor, using their own escalator to move up the first floor and assigned sitting.
