Returns The following conditions relating to the return of goods for credit apply to ALL goods returned. A credit will be issued only when the following conditions are adhered to: 1.

Authorisation from Altrex is required prior to returning an item for credit.

Invoice number and date of invoice must be quoted.

All goods returned for credit must be forwarded by the customer’s carrier at their cost unless agreed otherwise.

Any claims for short delivery must be made within seven (7) days of invoice date. If we are not advised of shortages within this period, the claim will not be recognised.

All items returned must be accompanied by paperwork relevant to the credit claim. A legitimate reason as to why the item is being returned must be given.
