SIZ Approximately 70% of lead-acid batteries over a period of time stop operating because of a build up of lead sulphate (sulphation) on the plates. Charging the battery does not stop this sulphation from happening. INOX mx2 Battery Conditioner can be added at any time during the life cycle of a lead-acid battery, but for the best results and longest life for the battery, it is best to add the INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner at the start when the battery is brand new. Battery dosage instructions are included in each 92ml box and on the back label of the 1, 5 and 20 litre containers. Golf cart batteries require the following dosages, 6 volt - 60mls per cell, 8 volt - 45mls per cell and 12 volt - 30mls per cell. A single lead-acid battery cell is 2.2 volts but is normally taken as being 2 volts. 2.2 volt cells used in power supply, stationary, traction, solar batteries, etc have a special formula. All measurements and calculations must be done in metric, all measurements must be taken to the outside of the 2.2 volt cell casing. There is a 1000 litres in 1 cubic metre. To work out how much INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner is needed for each cell: Multiply the width by the length by the depth of a single 2.2 volt cell, divide the answer by 2 and multiple by 3%. EG: A battery bank has 12 cells (like an electric forklift), each cell has a width of 10 cms (.1 of a metre), a length of 12 cms (.12 of a metre) and a depth of 60 cms (.6 of a metre), therefore .1 x .12 x .6 = .0072 divide by 2 = .0036 x .03 (3%) = .000108 (108mls). (.0036 of a metre multiplied by 1000 litres is 3.6 litres per cell and 3% of 3.6 litres is 108mls per 2.2 volt cell).

What is INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner. INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner is an electro-chemical catalyst that can be added to all lead-acid batteries to increase the performance and life of the battery. What are the benefits of adding INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner to a battery. It helps stop lead sulphate build up on the plates, increases battery life by up to 2 to 3 times, increases battery efficiency by up to 18%, gives brighter lights, faster starts and recharge. Will INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner work in older batteries. Providing the older battery has only a sulphation problem and is mechanically sound, it should add another 1 to 2 years life to the battery. NB. There is about a 1 - 2% failure rate when adding INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioner to batteries that are 2 years old or more. What is the INOX-mx2 Battery Conditioners manufacturer's warranty. INOX-mx3 is Food Grade approved, the Australian Government Instrument of Approval is freely available on request. Use INOX-mx3 to stop corrosion and give protection to coldroom fan motors, electric forklift systems, switches, relays, solenoids, wiring and motors in high moisture areas. Lubricate and protect pneumatic systems and solenoid valves, factory roller doors, sea container latches and hinges. INOX-mx3 is very good for cutting and milling Aluminium, stops tool chatter. Use INOX-mx3 for tapping and thread cutting. Protects blow moulds, dies and printing plates. THE INOX FINGER TEST This is a very simple test to show the quality and durability of INOX. On the first finger of one hand, spray WD40, CRC5.56, RP7 or any one of the other WD type products and rub the finger and thumb together vigorously. On the first finger of the other hand, spray INOX. Rub the finger and thumb together the same way. After about 20 - 30 seconds the finger that has been sprayed with the WD type spray will start to become dry and lose it's lubricating ability whereas the finger that has been sprayed with INOX will continue to stay wet and slippery.

INOX-mx6 is a fully synthetic Extreme Pressure grease formulated to give premium performance and food grade purity. This grease is composed entirely of ingredients which meet the requirements of sectio 178.3570 of the US FDA regulations and have been cleared for use within registered establishments by the US Department of Agriculture and will not deleteriously affect meat products. INOX INOX-mx6 6 is i a smooth th lilight ht b browngrease made from polyalphaolafins and a special bentone thickner.It contains additives to protect against corrosion and oxidation. It has a temperature range of -300C to an extremely high temperature (HAS NO MELTING POINT). It will operate not stop to 2500C all day with short bursts up to 3000C without breaking down. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a premium grade anti-friction medium which gives increased lubrication ability between the contact surfaces. This reduced friction environment also lowers operating temperatures. INOX-mx6 WILL NOT AFFECT RUBBER. NB. INOX-mx6 is a premium grade clay based Extreme Pressure grease. Using it with a non-clay based grease can seriously affect it's performance. INOX-mx12 PTFE SUPA GLIDE will cure at room temperature. Coatings are touch dry in about 5 minutes, dry enough to handle in 20-30 minutes depending on the film thickness. F.A.Q’s ON LANOX-mx4 LUBRICANT. What is LANOX-mx4 ?
LANOX-mx4 is a pure refined Lanolin and machine oil based anti-corrosion, anti-moisture lubricant.
What difference is there between LANOX-mx4 and INOX-mx3 ?
LANOX-mx4 has been designed for a more heavy duty application than the original INOX-mx3, it is not food grade approved like INOX-mx3 because it contains Lanolin, solvents and oil, it has no adverse affect on rubber.
Can I use LANOX-mx4 for applications that I would normally use INOX-mx3 ?
In about 60% of instances LANOX-mx4 and INOX-mx3 will have the same results as both contain no silicon, acids, kerosene or dieselene. They are both top quality lubricants, cutting agents and anti-moisture, anti-corrosion sprays. INOX-mx3 is food grade approved whereas LANOX-mx4 is not.

LANOX-mx4 FAQ’s continued. What are the areas that LANOX-mx4 would be preferred over INOX-mx3 ?
For example LANOX-mx4 is more suitable in certain marine applications such as Anchors, Chains and Shackle Bolts and in the protection of Outboard and Inboard Motors. INOX-mx3 would be best used in areas such as Marine Radios, Sail Tracks (non-staining) and the protection of stainless and aluminium fittings ( good for polishing aluminium and fibreglass). For use in Firearms, LANOX-mx4 is best used for long term storage purposes whereas INOX-mx3 has better applications for the day to day cleaning and lubrication (anti-static) so it doesn't attract dirt and helps clean barrel residues easier.
Does LANOX-mx4 have applications in the Farming Industry ?
Because of it's Lanolin base it has good long term applications in areas such as cutter bars on headers, lawnmowers, linkages, etc to protect against rust and corrosion (spray onto moving parts to give protection during stand down periods). LANOX-mx4 is a good anti-corrosion agent for bare metals in storage, stock crates or as a protectant after welding. LANOX-mx4 is also a good long term lubricant for areas that traditionally receive little maintenance attention (ie. gate hinges, stationary motors, etc).
Does LANOX-mx4 have applications for Earthmoving Equipment ?
LANOX-mx4 can be used as long term lubrication for linkages, cables couplings, etc and for corrosion protection in electrical systems as well as an anti-seize on track bolts and wheel studs.
Can LANOX-mx4 be used as a cutting lubricant ?
Yes, tests conducted prior to it's release found that LANOX-mx4 is an effective cutting, milling, tapping and thread cutting lubricant for a variety of metals. It is especially effective on aluminium
WHEEL BEARING REPORT The photos shown below are of 2 wheel bearings out of the same wheel hub of a rental car from one of Australia’s major car, bus and truck rental companies. Both bearings had been installed in the wheel hub for approximately 12 months before the hub was pulled down for inspection and this is what was found to be the problem. Both bearings are of the same quality standard. Both bearings were disassembled and washed in Perchloroethylene (an evaporating solvent) and allowed to dry and then photographed.
The first bearing was lubricated with a supposedly high quality imported grease from the U.S.A. As you can see from the photo, the bearing spindle has about 80% of the hard cased bearing surface stripped away and the bearing rollers are in not much better shape. CAUSE: The grease used on this bearing was of such poor quality lubrication-wise that it totally failed, causing the bearing to overheat and tear away the hard cased bearing surface and in turn destroying the bearing rollers.
The second bearing was lubricated with INOX-mx8 EP Grease with PTFE. As you can see from the photo, there is absolutely no wear with this bearing, it’s as good as the day it was fitted. NB. Each bearing was treated equally when they were disassembled and were only washed in solvent, allowed to dry and then photographed.
