Choose fonts that and are clear and easy to read like Gothic or Sans Serif - no twiddly bits please!
• Use size 12 point or greater
• Minimise use of italics
• Ensure contrast between colours and text is at least 25%
• Ensure that information and publications are made available in alternative formats such as Easy English, pdf & word docs or Braille.
• Use appropriate universal access symbols on key promotional materials where applicable.

• One concept per sentence
• Fewer words, more pictures
