Design Highlights
■ Urban design plan finally takes the T-axis as the ecological framework, and the six areas are named according to geographical locations and industrial themes.
■ The building group gradually infiltrates from the east and west sides, supporting the ecological central axis that integrates, leisure, display, and communication.
■ The skyline on the west side of the road is rich and varied, providing various types of spaces such as production, office, and research and development.
Public Square is designed to be innovative and technically, it can gather people and communicate with each other.
■ The west side function is eco-factory, forming an urban interface along the main road, emphasizing technology and sharing.
■ There are urban digital buildings, commercial complexes and smart technology hotels in the central part, which are landmark buildings in the region.

■ The project is located in the Industrial Park of Suzhou High-tech Zone, with a large number of old factories, because the design clarifies the logic of urban renewal through the study of industrial density.
■ The core of the ecological landscape within the base is Hengshan. The vegetation on the mountain is in good condition, but the surrounding green space is not effectively connected.
■ This plan carries out work from the aspects of industrial construction, land use layout, functional planning, building height, building form, development intensity, public space, transportation organization, etc.
■ The project is based in Suzhou High-tech Zone, and surrounds the ecological core of Hengshan in the middle of the base, forming three industrial clusters of high-tech, smart trade, and TOD commercial commerce.
■ Build the industrial area into a provincial-level high-tech ndustrial community demonstration center integrating the characteristics of "science and technology, landscape, humanities and innovation".

■ The project site is situated in the northern part of Shanhaiguan, at the foot of the Great Wall section at Jiaoshan.
■ Puy du Fou promotes a unique model of live shows based on cultural heritage and one-of-a-kind artistic know-how. These shows put on stage stylishly and poetically the history of the country where they are produced.
■ The plot is bounded by the Great Wall on the east side and the Mountains on the north. These borders form an impressive natural circus.
■ Bundled with the historical meaning of the adjacent Great Wall, all these elements contribute to an intense serenity of the plot, and explain why the Jiaoshan plot is particularly amazing to set up a spectacular Night Show

Brief: Maozhou River, the mother river of Shenzhen, is named because of its abundant water and grass, but it is lost in the wave of urban development due to its special history in Shenzhen. This project completed Landscape, Urban Design and Architecture Design alone the 8-kilometre-long River Side, providing a public space for all the citizens.
