1. INTRODUCTION 1.1.Essay Scope and Purpose The purpose of the project is to create a digital version of closet, by uploading photos to the cloud. All clothes are sorted by categories therefore users can create their outfit easily and fast. Moreover, outfits can be planned for few days forward. Users can also download items from online shops which they want to buy and ask for the opinion of other users or specialists.

1.2.Data Sources and Collection Methods The main source of data are users that will take picture of their clothes. Other source, also very important is Internet (videos, articles, news about fashion).

1.3.Essay Content and Structure The essay has few parts: strategic background, detailed description of the model, innovations, finances, customers and partners, associates and competitions, then the technical aspects and marketing, the web and mobile technologies, the SWOT analysis, estimated starting costs and website prototype.

1.4.E-business Model – Short Description There is a lot of mobile application with function of digital closet but none of them is available in Polish language therefore Personal Stylist will be in two language version: English and Polish (in the future also in other languages). The most important are users that will create their own virtual closet by taking photos of their clothes. The project has much more function than competitors. There are two available accounts: basic and premium. Personal Stylist will provide consultation 24/7 also with professional stylists.

2. STRATEGIC BACKGROUND 2.1.Mission The mission of the project is to solve the most common women’s problem – have nothing to wear.

2.2.Vision The vision of the project is to create a digital version of closet to speed up the selection of perfect outfit and reduce the risk of misaligned clothes.

2.3.Project Goals In the end of 2017: ● 1000 registered users ● 700 downloaded mobile applications ● New group of customers - men ● Cooperate with 100 online shops ● Cooperate with 30 professional stylists

3. BUSINESS MODEL 3.1.E-business Model – Detailed Description Everyone who wants to use Personal Stylist has to register. There are two possibility: basic or premium account. Basic account is free of charge and any personal data are not necessary, only nickname and e-mail address. The main function of Personal Stylist is digital closet. It is created by user who takes pictures of her (PS is dedicated currently only to women) clothes and put photos in right category. The user can plan the outfit for few days and put it in calendar. Outfits are also segmented, for example casual outfits, for date, party, work. Users can share ready outfit on the forum and ask for advice other users. All data is kept in the cloud so users have easy access to their digital closet, for example by mobile app. The application has some additional function like news from the fashion world or matching outfits in connection with weather. Personal Stylist cooperates with fashion bloggers and youtubers, which is a good way of promotion for both sides. Users can also buy find some new clothes and buy it in online shops or sell their clothes to other users. The premium account is payable and it requires some personal data like age, body measurements, weight, height. Those information allow to create a virtual model of user, which helps to check which outfits are the best for user’s body shape. There is also possibility of contact with professional stylist, which is payable additionally. At the beginning Personal Stylist is available only in Poland and is provided in two languages: Polish and English.

3.2.E-business Model Values The project will help women to organize their closet and get the opinion about the outfit. It will be the first one of this kind in Polish language therefore the women without the knowledge of English language finally will find something for themselves.

3.3.Project Organization The project organization contains: Project Manager, Legal advisor, IT specialist, Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist and Financial Manager.

4.2.Project Innovations – Detailed Description 4.2.1. Mobile application for smart phones Free mobile application for smart phones, available for Android, IOS and Microsoft. 4.2.2. Online shopping Users can also download photos of clothes which are available in online shops to use it to create their own outfit. Personal Stylist website will be connected to those online shops so users can easily find and buy that clothes online on the brands websites. 4.2.3. Consultation 24/7 Some users who wants to get an opinion about their planned outfit can post it on the internet forum on the website. Users can comment an outfit or give a mark of the scale 1 – 5 stars (1bad, 5-perfect). 4.2.4. Cloud All photos of clothes will be uploaded in the cloud so users can easily get access from any device to their digital closet. 4.2.5. E-mail notification Users can get an e-mail notification when someone will give a mark or comment the previous posted outfit. It is optional.

It will cost 19.99 PLN per month (first month free of charge). 5.2.2. Adverts on the website Income from advertisements on the website and mobile app. 5.2.3. Consultation with professional stylists Premium Account users can buy the access to professional stylist forum where they can consult about their problems. 5.2.4. Cooperation with online shops Personal Stylist will cooperate with the most popular clothes sellers which offer online shopping in Poland. 5.2.5. Cooperation with fashion bloggers Fashion bloggers who would like to cooperate with Personal Stylist, advertise their websites or public posts on the Personal Stylist website are obligated to pay for that.

6. CLIENTS 6.1.Main Clients Personal Stylist currently is directed to women living in Poland. Clients can be divided according their aim of registering. There are 4 groups:     

Women with need for organize their closet The first group of clients are women which have a lot of clothes and they need some tool to organize their closet by categories of clothes. 6.2.2. Women that need advise The second group of clients are women which need help with their outfit. They look for advise of other users or specialist. In this group can be women with problematic body shape, without experience or without sense of style. 6.2.3. Women that want to sell their clothes The next group of clients are women which want to sell their clothes, exchange it for another or buy new from other users. 6.2.4. Women that want to plant their outfit The group of women that want to plan their outfit to always look good and wearing different clothes every day. 6.2.5. Women that want to buy new clothes The group of women that want to find new clothes and buy it. They can make an outfit by using their own clothes and new one (from online shops) so they’ll new which one they want to buy.

Professional stylists Cooperate with Personal Stylist as specialists. They advise users and give opinion. 7.3.4. Online fashion shops Personal Stylist uses the database of online shops. There are advantages for both sides – shops are promoted and the users can easily find their dreamt clothes and buy it online. Personal Stylist get some percentage of sale. 7.3.5. Fashion magazines Fashion magazines which have also their websites will share their news about fashion world. That option will be available only for mobile app users.

If you have no ideas about what to wear, use the Stylist feature to quickly get suggestions. Finally if you have to plan a travel, with Fashion You you can create virtual suitcases to save all the garments that you want to take with you.      

8.1.4. Closfy – Your virtual closet Closfy is the best app to enhance your wardrobe. Add and organize your clothes by garment type, season or utilities. Creates all the looks you want and decide that you'll get every day with our calendar. Using Closfy you will have the possibility to: 

Create all the accounts you want: Organize your online wardrobe, your partner´s one or even your children. Each account has its own closet, outfits and calendar. Closfy has a different interface for men and women, adapting to the needs of each of them. Create and organize your outfits: Sort them by season and utilities. 8.1.5. Wardrobe Organizer Wardrobe Organizer is a new app that aims to tame the chaos in many users’ closets. You can also create new custom attires and delete any unused attires. Within each attire are two compartments. One is for clothing and the other for accessories. As with attires, the user can add and delete clothing and accessory categories at will. For each new item, the user adds a picture from the device’s gallery or camera. There are fields for a great variety of information about each piece, such as the brand, color, and price; a history of dates and occasions when the piece was worn; and any notes the user wants to make. Each item can also be starred as a favorite and tagged as Dry-clean, Return, New/Replace, Found on sale, and Donate, with a custom note for each tag. Items can even be shared to social media networks Twitter and Facebook right from the app. Once several items are in the virtual wardrobe, they can be combined into ensembles. Wardrobe Organizer was simply created for all the fabulous fashion lovers enjoy!

3. MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES 3.1.Mobile e-business Mobile application is very important in this project, because the main idea of Personal Stylist is to safe time therefore the easiest way of using it is mobile phone.

3.2.Mobile Application for Smartphone Description Users can use the app everywhere because it works offline. The app is connected with user’s photo gallery in their smart phones. The app imports photos which user choose and put it into category. The app will be available for Android, IOS and Windows. Downloading of the app is free of charge.

The mission of the project is to solve the most common women’s problem – have nothing to wear.

In the end of 2017:

› 1000 registered users

The purpose of the project is to create a digital version of closet, by uploading photos to the cloud. All clothes are sorted by categories therefore users can create their outfit easily and fast. Moreover, outfits can be planned for few days forward. Users can also download items from online shops which they want to buy and ask for the opinion of other users or specialists.

The vision of the project is to create a digital version of closet to speed up the selection of perfect outfit and reduce the risk of misaligned clothes.
