REPRESENTATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase of the goods and/or merchandise from PONS INTERNATIONAL CORP. (“Pons”), whether in person, by phone, mail, fax, or electronically (internet) legally obliges the purchaser, his heirs, assigns and representatives all regard to this document, its terms and conditions regarding the purchase with Pons. This document should be read carefully. Your signature obligates the buyer to comply with these terms and conditions; and agrees that it has entered into a legal contract to purchase Pons, hereinafter called (“contract”). With Pons buying products, you give your acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. This document will replace any terms or earlier, or condition contained in any subsequent communications, agreements, purchase order, contracts, invoices whether or not they are signed by Pons. Pons reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, according to the trade and sale of Pons policies, and these will be valid from the moment they are incorporated into this contract.
Legal fees
When any local laws or actions are initiated or equity internationally, including the interpretation or declaratory action to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to the other party to reimburse the reasonable attorneys’ fees, which can be set by the court in the same action or in a separate action for that purpose, in addition to the costs and expenses incurred in the process and any other action, which may be entitled. Returns and Cancellations
No purchase order or purchase as such, may be canceled or returned by the buyer unless there is an express written permission of Pons. If the cancellation or refund is approved by Pons, the buyer must pay Pons before proceeding with the return or cancellation of purchase or purchase order, payment of costs and benefits that are generated for reasonably Pons.
Delivery
Delivery dates and delivery of products and goods are estimated dates only by Pons, after it, receive purchase orders, all the raw material for the manufacture and the necessary information to proceed according to are purchase orders. Representations and Limit of Liability

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

REPRESENTATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Packing and packaging costs
Prices of goods and/or products that are the subject of purchase orders not include fees and expenses for packing / crating / handling or insurance for the goods. The buyer assumes all responsibility for payment of these expenses and costs as shown on the bill of Pons.

Price
The prices of the products and / or goods are subject to change by Pons without notice, unless otherwise stated herein. Price lists, catalogs, pricing information displayed on electronic or web pages for delivery or general information of a general nature and are not quotations or offers for sale of Pons. Prices displayed on the above mentioned information is not guaranteed; Pons and reserves the right to change them any time. Payment Terms
