Cheddar Potato Strips Note: Never made it but it sounds so much like comfort food!
Aunty Leiko Ingredients: 3 large potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch strips 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp Butter Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded Bacon Bits
Directions: 1. In a greased 9x13 baking pan, arrange potatoes in a single layer. 2. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter, sprinkle with salt & pepper. 3. Cover & bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. 4. Sprinkle with cheese & bacon bits. 5. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
