Promotion Dates: February 18th – April 28th TRS & LCC Only Four flights based on territory size. Top MAs within each flight will earn a trip award. A total of thirteen MAs (plus guest) See attached group schedule Top two DSMs (plus guest) will earn the grand prize trip. Ranking is based on total cases sold over goal from the Arizona focus products. Freshpoint, C.E.S., Portico, RedBird, SCA, McCain, Kind, Hormel Highlighted New C.E.S. products are double weighted (worth two cases) Trip date: June 8-10 MAs and DSMs must meet/exceed their goal to qualify to earn an award. Winners who do not place for a trip could earn Sysco Rewards Points. See attached group schedule If a promotional case is out of stock those cases will not be counted. Goals for The Reach For The Summit are calculated by the following: 1.) Base of February 19, 2017 – April 29, 2017 2.) Plus the OpCo current run rate from January 2018 – February 15, 2018 3.) MAs must be assigned to a territory at the start of the promotion to qualify. To qualify for a promotional prize, MAs and DSMs must exceed their case goal. Bases calculated year over year plus OpCo Run Rate plus growth goal. Tracking adjustments for territories that have been realigned will track history back to day one of the promotion. Bases will adjust accordingly. Tie-Breaker will go to the MA that finishes with the highest GP$’s on total cases sold. Winners must be employed by Sysco Arizona at time of reward allocation. Sysco reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion at any time. Trips cannot be exchanged for points or cash. Points and trip have no cash value. If winning MA is unable to travel for any reason, that winning spot will be offered to the next MA in line. If a promotional product is out of stock those cases will not be counted.
