Grill vs Griddle

It really comes down to personal preference. But . . .some burgers really do perform better on one or the other. Keep in mind, on the grill you'll get a nice "Charred" flavour, while on the griddle, the patty cooks in it's own juices and has a tendency to stay juicer. ▢ Large ice cubes ▢ 12 oz Non Alcoholic Wine (White) ▢ 4 oz pomegranate juice ▢ 4 oz simple syrup ▢ 4 Tablespoons lemon juice ▢ 12 oz lemon sparkling water ▢ 4-8 slices lemon optional, as garnish ▢ 4 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds optional, as garnish

Mocktails are a great way to drive your average cheque price up. Even on those cold wintery days, a refreshing lemonade can be appreciated. Here's a simple recipe to try out and hey, if you want to swap in some wine (the real thing) just go for it! 57


Instructions: Take out four 12 oz glasses and fill with 2-3 large ice cubes Pour 3 oz of wine, 1 oz pomegranate juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 3 oz lemon sparkling water into each cocktail glass Stir together to mix Garnish each glass with 1-2 slices of fresh lemons, 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds Serve!

Croquembouche is not easy to serve. The best way is to use two forks to gently pry off two puffs at a time. This is one serving. The puffs are glued together with the caramel, and they usually do not pull off in nice little round shapes. Keep this in mind when constructing this Holiday showpiece.
