FISH N' CHIPS

Nothing like the classic Fish and Chips to pair with any beverage on St. Patrick's Day. With a busy day like this holiday, kitchens may want to lean on some value added products like pre battered fish, batter mixes or frozen/blanched fries.

But one easy way to make something from scratch in advance would be to make your own tartar sauce. I love making mine with capers to create a briny flavor & unique twist to this classic sauce. A grilled lemon wedge is also a unique garnish to add some visual texture to this fried dish.
