Pork “drummie”!
From frozen state, place number of desired pieces into an oven safe vessel
Cover with chicken stock (just to submerge) and add 1 Tablespoon of vinegar for every piece. Cover vessel w/ foil and place in 350°F oven for 25 minutes. Remove from liquid, brush w/ bbq sauce and serve
