ABC Produce

Ashley Farms is a small artisan grower of specialty poultry and game birds in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. We are dedicated to the preservation of slow growing Heritage breeds, old world farming and sustainable artisan production. Our Ashley Farms products are hand trimmed and sized. Our chicken sausages are All Natural, and are made using the finest ingredients. No preservatives or nitrites. Our Pekin ducks are raised without antibiotics on an all vegetable diet. Our Poulet Rouge chicken is from a slow growing Heritage breed from France. Those and the Poussins, Guinea Hen and Pheasants are raised without antibiotics, hormones, are free ranged, air chilled and delicious.

Cavendish Game Birds, located in Springfield, Vermont is a premium grower and processor of Jumbo Coturnix Quail. Family owned and operated since 1988, we pride ourselves on the size and finish of our selectively bred birds.


Grain fed, without the use of medications, additives, or hormones, our birds achieve an average dressed weight of 7 ounces. This weight is reached in under seven weeks time which results in a robust and tender finished product.
