How Does ChefEx Work? 1. Visit www.ChefEx.com and browse the supplier list. 2. Select desired product(s) from the supplier(s) and note the item number. 3. Provide your Marketing Associate (MA) with item number for pricing and product ordering. The MA will provide current pricing and ensure that the price includes all shipping charges. 4. Check product upon delievery for damage and report issues on the first day. Delivery goes through FedEx. 5. Incorrect/damaged items will be handled by Central Warehouse Customer Service (920) 929-6129. 6. Perishable product orders (overnight shipping) Monday through Thursday must be received by 11am.

Supplier Unable to Fill Order? Option One Supplier notifies the customer(s) that an order has been received which will not be filled until the next week and the customer is given an estimated ship date. The supplier will fill and ship the order at the revised time. Option Two Supplier notifies the customer(s) that an order has been received which will not be filled until the next week. If this is unacceptable to the customer the supplier will contact Central Warehouse Customer Service and cancel the customer’s order.
ChefEx Delivery Method All perishable products ship FedEx Standard Overnight Monday through Thursday. Next day service is effective when FedEx receives/picks up the package.

Suppliers do not ship perishable orders on Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders received by suppliers on Thursday that are not received in time for pick up by FedEx that day will be shipped the following Monday. Non-perishable orders will ship using FedEx Standard Ground Monday through Friday. The time actually starts whenFedEx picks up the package.
