AIESEC in Hungary Founded 42 years ago, AIESEC in Hungary today has a wide range of activities and intense presence on the top universities. It provides international opportunities for Hungarian students and recent graduates. Besides, AIESEC in Hungary aims to improve the Hungarian education from kindergartens to high schools, as well as corporate businesses by providing international students who can bring global perspectives and knowledge to the country.

Ambassador Pogramme We provide the opportunity for companies to reach directly a desired target group that are relevant for the company for recruitment through seperate events or class involve-ment on campuses.

The aim of the Ambassador Programme is on one hand to help in higher education to involve external partners in classes, so students can gain up-to-date and practical knowledge on specific topics which extends their perspective. On the other hand it is a platform for companies to position themselves among the students on campus, as the participating students later talk about their experience and naturally become „ambassadors� of the company by spreading the name of the corporation in the effect of word-of-mouth. The professional events are organized in October-November and March-April. They can take place in the universities where we are presented, except the Technical University of Budapest, who can be reached by us on other platforms only. The number of participants vary on the type of the event, in case of class involvement it can be 50-100, while in case of a seperate event it is 30-50 participating students from the target group.

What we offer All of the events on different universities is organised centrally by AIESEC that saves time and effort from the company side Due to our knowledge on the student market on the given campus, we help to define the topic of the workshop Through our university relations we set the venue, time and target group for the event Either visiting a class or organising a seperate event is possible We organise the promotion of the event to engage the required target group Besides the promotion we take photos and get feedback from the participants for further evaluation


Heading for the Future CONFERENCE

Fluctuation is naturally big in AIESEC as it is a dynamic youth organisation for university students that is why when our members finish their university studies they start looking for other opportunities. Every year there are several people leaving the organisation with specific experience looking for job placements. Heading for the Future Conference is a specific event for those AIESECers, who leave the or-

ganisation, mostly team leaders and executive board members from the local offices. The goal of the conference is to prepare these AIESEC members for entering the labor market and help them to find the company they would work for. The conference is held in december/january, where participating companies can show their career opportunities, hold workshops and meet those people directly who are looking for job placements in the near future.

carrier.aiesec.hu Career.aiesec.hu is an online platform for ex-AIESECers and AIESEC Internship Programme participants to help their job seeking process by providing job opportunities from our national partners that they can browse online. On the other hand it is an online platform, where with a seperate user account, recruiters can also look through the profiles of the subscribers and approach possible candidates who match their employee needs.

Global Internship Programme Our Global Internship Program provides an efficient solution in human resources by giving the opportunity to employ last year students or fresh graduates from around the World for the duration from 1,5 to 18 months. AIESEC arranges all logistic issues, the preparation of the intern and the integration into the Hungarian society.

Our Premium Partners are those companies who are the main supporters of AIESEC in Hungary. They believe that AIESECers and their activity are outstanding on the labor market, therefore they want to appear on every platform where AIESEC is represented. Premium Partnership is a minimum one year long partnership, where these partners appear on all of our materials – flyers, posters, online signature of our members, roll-ups and molinos on all of our events – organised countrywide. Also, Premium Partners participate on our AIESEC conferences and based on the need of these partners we develop unique partnerships as well that supports their HR strategy meaning the organisation of company specific events, or work together on common strategic projects.

National Excellence Training National Excellence Training is a oneday event for our leaders and members of AIESEC in Hungary on one of our national conferences. The aim of the event is to connect owwur national partners with our membership and provide platform for interaction through workshops and trainings. While our members gain new perspectives and professional knowledge from externals, our partners have the opportunity to conduct case studies, brainstorm on new ideas and get to know directly young people and their opinions.

What we offer Possibility to hold a 90-120 minutes long workshop for a pool of students (30-50 people) 20 minutes long presentation for the whole delegation (250 people) Appearance on the conference with molino, roll-up, promotional materials (continuous reach of 250 students for 4 days) Online marketing appearances on our Facebook pages (thousands of reach), and in the booklet of the conference (in 2 series, 600 reach each times)

Last but not least is is a platform, to position the company as a future choice of employment among a wide range of students, who can channel the company’s image through word-ofmouth in their network to multiplicate the effect of the appearance on the conference.

It has been the 19th year that AIESEC conducts a research on the attractiveness of Hungarian companies among students and employees that had been called the Most Desired Company research. Since 2010 we have been completing the research together with Aon Hewitt and through surveying thousands of people every year, we provide information to companies on their image among their potential future employees. This year, there are 7700 people completed our survey and as in the previous years the top 10 most attractive employers are published in this spring. As we believe that AIESEC has the credibility to represent the opinion of youth in Hungary thanks to its intense presence, we are planning to continue the survey in the next years as well. We are striving to improve the reports that we present every year and for that we ask for feedback from companies to create a survey every year that really supports your corporation’s employer brand building strategy.

Through our social media platforms we can reach increasing number of people every year (17 144 likes currently altogether on our local offices and national pages).We can enhance the effects of social media campaigns, be involved in content marketing partnerships and distribute interesting informations, external programmes to our network on our social platforms. We are constantly striving to improve our social media activity by external consultants and we are open to work out unique social media cooperations as our platforms and our reach is given.

Every year we work out national R&Rs (e.g: most progressive local office, best leader, best performing entity). The awards are named after the sponsoring company and the winners gain recognitions, such as company branded presents, company workshop opportunity, or anything else based on creativity.

Gala Dinners At every national conference we organise a Gala Dinner for the delegates to celebrate specific milestones in our year. We provide the opportunity to be the main partner of the Gala Dinner, hold a partnership launch and position your company on an exclusive event that creates positive impressions.

Sponsorship On every conferences there is the possibility to brand your products among the participants, who can taste, experience, use your product and spread it through their network. We organise special parties, coffee and snack corners in conference breaks just to give some examples.

Engaging Marketing Engagement Marketing is aiming to create a two-way communication between a brand and consumers. It can have many forms starting from letting the customer gain positive experience with the brand or encouraging social media interactions.

Social Partnership AIESEC in Hungary provides the opportunity to an increasing number of Hungarian educational institutions – kindergartens, primary schools, high schools – and other non-profit organisations to work together with internationals for 6-8 weeks from all over the World. Also, AIESEC strives to help those who are not so fortunate, and partner with assosiations dealing with poor children, or immigrants. The aim of the programme is to spread cultural awareness among Hungarian children starting from an early age, to improve foreign language speaking skills in Hungary, and to help youth to gain global perspectives and knowledge.

Given the talent shortages in Hungary we also able to help companies to reach high-school students and develop common programmes to build the attractiveness of education path in IT, engineering and other technical fields.

162 In AIESEC in Hungary we believe that our programme can have remarkable and even measurable impact on the Hungarian society given the constantly increasing volume and reach of our programme country-wide. The programme is free for the organisations and only food and accommodation is needed to be provided by them, while AIESEC provides the whole selection and delivery process. We see that with the growing number of participating students, our financial model for the programme is not sustainable, however we are also convinced that we should strive to expand the programme in the country and support even organisations who cannot afford participating, to give even more people motivation, knowledge and perspective. Therefore, we are open to partner with companies who can be familiar with the issues we are trying to solve and see opportunity in developing a common social project. What we can also offer is to reach all of the partnering organisations, promote the company and provide promotion opportunities on all of the materials that is related to this social programme.
