Starting out in Pakistan, Shahnaz Barker found herself from a very early age catering for large parties and social gatherings in Karachi. Later, moving to Islamabad, she organised and arranged many big corporate events as well as smaller and more intimate private parties. On moving to England, she continued to demonstrate her talent for outstanding Asian cuisine with flair and ability, running many events for companies such as Foster Wheeler and ADNOC, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. Now in Hong Kong, Shahnaz has established herself as a leading caterer for private parties and through her highly personalised cookery classes, shares the knowledge and experience she has gained with those interested to learn the secrets and delights of the very finest Asian cuisine.
