ABOUT US WUXI YUANCHANG MACHINERY CO., LTD was founded in 1995, which is specially engaged in producing lines of non-ferrous metal extrusion presses. Now we have products with more than 30 specifications in 3 major categories from 300T to 7500T, which involves aluminum, copper, magnesium, sliver and other non-ferrous metals. Our products are widely used by both domestic and oversea clients. We have already exported our presses to foreign

markets such as Australia, Argentina, Brazil, India, Japan, Korea, Syria, Turkey and many other countries.
As a pioneer in this field, our products are reliable and welcomed by the customers.
We have a 30,000 square meters’ workshop, with more than 80 sets of processing equipment. Our company has been certificated by ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 and CE. We produce and sell the extrusion presses over 180 sets every year.
In order to adapt to the competition and improve our quality, we have cooperated with many local universities and institutions. Our technical department is continuously focusing on the improvement of old products and the development of new products.

In Yuanchang company, we inspect each component carefully and fill in inspection list for each order. After installation, we will test complete machine and fill in acceptance certificate before delivery. We will make sure that each machine can pass acceptance inspection before delivery.

Metals are pushed through a die of the desired cross-section at a controlled speed and temperature. This extruding process is achieved by means of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic circuits controlled by a PLC system. Aluminum Extrusion Press is one kind of the extrusion presses, which is mainly used for the extrusion of metals such as aluminum, magnesium, lead and their alloys. It is widely used for mass production of building, industrial, vehicle, airplane and other profiles.
