3 1839284 We can’t say enough about this outstanding black beauty. She is an absolute farm favorite. This sweet heart could have a long show career ahead of her and then is sure to please you with her exceptional off spring. Her outcross genetics allow for unlimited mating opportunities. Smooth shouldered, level hipped and deep quartered all in a clean attractive package; this beauty brings it all to the table. Annie is being shown along side her powerhouse dam, who was many times a champion last show season and capped the season off being slapped Champion Angus Female at the National Junior Beef Heifer Show at the RAWF and we believe that she has out produced herself. Both are sired by our new herd sire purchased from the Buck Lake dispersal, Buck Lake Cheetah 865A, a Tiger 5T son- Tiger who needs no introduction to the industry. We are thrilled with our first calf crop out of this young bull. These calves are quickly marked as favorites, standing out to visitors with style, shape and appeal. The Right to Flush Hawthorne Queen 1R The opportunity of a lifetime lies here, the right to flush the donor Hawthorne Queen 1R. This will be the only time that a flush on this donor will be offered by public auction or by private treaty! The immortal Queen 1R has 12 daughters registered to date, many of them highly successful show heifers and high sellers. That’s what this cow does best; she makes pretty show heifers that go on to be productive cows. They are made right, well balanced females that are moderate framed with nice bone. And they are HAIRY. These Queens know how to show and they love it! This family is responsible for producing the 2015 Youth Forum Grand Champion Angus Female, the 2014 and 2013 RAWF Reserve Grand Champion Intermediate Heifer Calf, the 2012 RAWF Reserve Grand Champion Intermediate Yearling, the 2012 Grand Champion Owned Heifer at the Junior Angus Show, the 2011 high selling Angus at the Royal Elite Breed Sale, the 2010 Supreme Grand Champion Female at both Beef Expo and Youth Forum, the 2010 Reserve Grand Champion Angus at the National Junior Beef Heifer Show, and the 2009 RAWF Champion Senior Yearling. We currently have three show heifers in our show string off of Queen, all by different matings.

What more can we say about a cow that has not only put us on the map, but others as well. 57R is now deceased, so this is the last opportunity to have a piece of this cornerstone female. She has written a novel of success stories for Gilchrist Farms, Rehorst Farms, Leela Farms and many south of the line. With more than 36 direct progeny, it does not matter which bull she is mated to; the resulting progeny always are a little thicker in shape, tons of bone and hair that every show jock dreams of! 26 of those direct progeny have sold through public auction, averaging in excess of $15,000 per. Her past four direct daughters that have sold are averaging $18,000 to prove her self worth is more later in life than ever. An interesting story is 57R’s daughter topped our most recent sale at $21,500 to Rehorst Farms. Rehorst then just recently sold the right to flush that very same heifer and took in $12,250. Not a bad return on an investment. So buy with confidence knowing that this female flat out works, and if it wasn’t for Ben wanting these in the sale, they simply wouldn’t be leaving our ranch!

We have taken a couple of years off from sales to build an elite cow base and this heifer is an incredible example of what we have been working towards. Carolina Belle is as long as a freight train, well-muscled, deep bodied, free moving, a super feminine and powerful heifer, with style and great hair tossed in as an added bonus. She has the performance for the show ring and the potential to be a great front pasture cow. Her sire, FBF1 Combustible, needs no introduction as he is one of the biggest up and coming sires in not only Canada but the US as well and is leaving some impressive progeny along the way. Going back to THSF Freedom on the dam’s side we expect big things from Belle as she follows in her remarkable two year old momma’s footsteps on either the show road or in the pasture. Here is a pedigree that is a little different and rare. It is not every day that you will find a direct daughter of the great Wheatland 468P in a sale offering. Cadence is thick topped with impressive spring of rib that is finished off with a fancy front end. Her maternal ET siblings and their progeny continue to be front pasture standouts. With W/C WIDE TRACK 694Y now deceased, here is your chance to own offspring from this great sire. Pictured on August 10th, this heifer has developed into a very wide topped, long sided, female and does it all on a very sound structure. Look to her to produce daughters with ideal udders with easy fleshing ability, and sons that will pound down the scales. Her dam JF Ebonys Joy 1258Y was always at the top of her game winning the title as Reserve Champion Female in the Big East Show in 2012 and numerous other banners during 2012 show season. With her dam carrying another Wide Track heifer this year, that’s the only reason we can part with Cora in this sale. If you are in search for a female with maternal power and longevity be sure to check out Cora on sale day.

Mader Iron Sugar 7X has quickly become one of the most phenotypically sought after females on the farm! Along with being the most winningest show female in 2012, making the top five in the Farmfair Supreme, and making top 10 in the RBC supreme at Agribition, she is quickly establishing herself in production. Her first two natural sons topped our bull sale, and this year we were able to get over 15 embryo calves on the ground in both our spring and summer calving and they look great! Here is a female that has a beautiful front end, piles of rib capacity, but her strongest asset is her udder attachment and her functionality on her feet and legs. Combined with the sheer power and ruggedness of the $32,000 Olympian, this is bound to be a lucrative cross. We plan to implant a lot of these eggs in the near future! Calves will be homo polled and homo black by parentage. Guaranteed one pregnancy per package, if implanted by a certiďŹ ed technician. The Royal Elite

Eve’s phenotype and performance were deciding factors in delegating her first calf, Ludlow 5Z, to herdsire duties. Hillside Angel combines a pedigree of legendary Limousin genetics. Sired by one of the breed giants, Wulfs Guardian, she is out of a fabulous fullblood Limousin heifer who was sired by Sirloin Jay 48J and out of a Bonaparte Norseman (Pub son) cow. The combination of these fullblood maternal giants ensure Angel will become a great breeding female. Angel is a class act and a real pleasure to work with, currently being shown as a 4H calf by partner Sean McArthur. We would never sell a heifer of this caliber but given our fullblood herd, we are proud to offer her for sale. Her breeding to the powerful Romn Justice speaks for itself. He is known as a calving ease specialist. AI bred to Romn Justice on April 2, 2015. Pregnancy checked on June 1, 2015 by Dr. George Wood who conďŹ rmed this AI pregnancy. POLLED Rollin ‘Acres Jazz 1C is a must see kind of calf. Jazz is extremely attractive and has ‘show’ female written all over her. Rollin’ Acres Jazz comes to you right out of the heart of our show string; she has been shown very successfully alongside her mom as a two year old pair this year. The dam of Jazz CED 2A is destined to be a front end donor cow in our herd; she is a moderate framed female with all kinds of eye appeal and a perfect udder. We are excited to show this pair at the Royal Winter Fair this year. Our six year old son Griffin showed this calf this year as his junior project…..So she comes to you “Griffin proof”!!! We think a lot of this calf and believe she has a great future. Whether you want a show heifer next year or a female you can build a herd around, Jazz is your heifer. Please stop by the stall and check this girl out. We have entered this pair in the Canadian Western Agribition. We wish to reserve show rights on this calf until after CWA.

What more can we say then we believe this cow can take our program to the next level! She is the $23,000 sensation that topped the recent Gilchirst Farms sale that has unreal quality of udder, shape and muscle all patterned into a very angular model Angus female. Her 2015 Sandpoint Soldier heifer calf at side proves her worth as a producer, keeping in mind she is only a 3 year old! She currently ranks in the top 10% for ww, yw, milk, tm, rea, and cw. Not everyday you find a cow drawn as perfectly as she is posting a 1.9 BW and 102 YW epd. Furthermore her dam, Whitestone Rita 666T was a former donor at GF that offers a bit of an out cross being out of Bushwacker. Rita 66Z is due in Febuary and will be flushed immediately after.
