Lamb of god front man has recently bin released from prison in the check republic after a guy was involved in an incident where he fell of stage in and died of a head injury. the lead singer was no charged for manslaughter and has gave his support for the family involved. just goes to show the dangers of going to gigs . remember to always have fun but to always stay safe.
Queen went back to the PrS to receive a music heritage award. it was also the site that queen did there 1st gig. after that queen went on the be massive success and went on to perform at one of the grandest stages of them all (apart from donignton ) Wembley stadium to do that unforgettable performance. long live the queen

axel rose yes axel rose from guns n roses is now in a new law suit battle. this time a fan is suing the singer after axel chucked his mike into the audience and hit a fan in the face causing damage. axel rose not long ago tried to sue guitar hero after using slash in a song in the game. seems like he cant get out of court at the moment. that's what you call the jail house rock.
my song of the issue this week comes from Finland rock band him. The song is called wings of a butterfly and was the second track on there album dark light which came out in 2005. the song reached number 1 in the finish rock charts and tope 10 in the uk rock charts.
Joe bonamassa has decided to leave the band black country communion the super group . he believes that his time is up with the group and is time to call it a day.
and of course last but not least the sad news that ex iron maiden drummer Clive burr has passed away. He was part of the band in there 1st three albums and in future life was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. RIP Clive will be missed by many and remembered by all.
owe yes leeds and reading seems to be hitting the festival world by storm with amazing line up new bands have bin added owe yes. we know that green day would be at the emirates stadium this year but now its confirmed that they will be a Leeds a reading festival to headline on Friday night with system of the down and deftones. you also have the return of nine inch nails and rock band fall out boy i must admit this line out sounds amazing even thoe its a mixed fest hope you enjoy.

this gothic rock band started in the late 80s in 1989. they are said to be heavily influenced by bands like motley crew. they have had over 7 albums. there fans describe there music as Goth n roll.
children of bodom originated in espoo finland and formed in the year 1993. they have produced 7 albums. follow the reaper that came out in 2000 was the 1st of there albums to get a gold award from Finland.. possible new album to come out in 2013
Finntrol is a finish folk metal band from Helsinki and was formed in 1997. there music is ment to be centred of Finnish troll kings and legends. they have a new album out soon

lordi now what can i say abou t them. lordi formed in 1992. and went on to win euro vision yes Eurovision in 2006. with the song hard rock hallelujah. they have had over 13 albums with new album on the way this year
Reckless love was formed in 2001 and were originally called reckless life doing guns and roses covers they then started to do there own music and won a band competition in 2004. the glam rock band has had 2 successful albums where at download festival last year on the 3rd stage.
and of course we cannot go to Finland without talking about the battle rock band turisas. the band formed in 1997 and a famous for there black red face paint and the fans who like to dress up in costumes at gigs really a sight to see. the band consist of electric violins guitars allsorts have that Viking feel about them. they have 4 albums in total.
Band to watch this week is a local band from Finland i will leave it up to lead singer to tell you about there act The band started out in 2011 our guitarist Tobias had a vision about a hard rock band with a woman as a lead singer. First he found Joni for the second guitar Tobias's friend knew Sami, our bass player, and Sami knew me, so we both went to try playing with them And it sounded good. We started working on our own songs right from the beginning. At first we didn't have our own rehearsal studio, so the progress was a little slow then the drummer lost interest and left the band a year ago in 2012 so there was a little moment of desperation.
But everything worked out better than expected. We got our own rehearsal studio, and me and sami knew antti, who was (and is) a good friend of ours, and sami had played with him before, so we asked him to join the band And that sounded even better than before, right from the beginning. So Dusty Road was finally "complete" in summer 2012 And since then we have done a lot of work, and our first demo was released in November 2012. Now we have six songs online and three more are coming in a month or so. Right now we play as much gigs as possible, and try to make every show rock more than the ones before. We rehearse a lot and work on new songs at the time. lead singer : suvi runnie
