TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Senior Resource Association (SRA) provides services to support and advocate for independence and dignity of older adults in Indian River County. We provide nourishment, supervised socialization, transportation, guardianship and information referral services for seniors and their families. Our goal is to help keep seniors safe, healthy and engaged in our community.
TRANSPORTATION Safe and Secure Transportation is a significant issue for many seniors as well as younger adults. For some, losing the ability to drive represents a loss of independence and socialization. Senior Resource Association provides convenient transportation for all. Aboard our GoLine public transit system, residents and visitors can travel around Indian River County with ease and at no cost. Community Coach, our door-to-door transit system, provides pre-arranged transportation for eligible riders throughout the county for a nominal fee.

COMMUNITY COACH Community Coach provides convenient, door-to-door transportation for eligible riders with no other means of transportation. We accommodate riders who use wheelchairs, walkers, canes, service animals and other mobility aids. Our licensed and insured drivers deliver clients to medical appointments, grocery stores and other essential destinations – safely and securely. To become a Community Coach rider, Senior Resource Association’s eligibility specialists will walk you through the process. Determining eligibility status is an easy procedure, and will get you riding in no time. Community Coach is a shared-ride service so passengers should be prepared to make stops along the way to their destination. Personal care attendants who accompany riders may travel at no cost.
No fare! GoLine is the mass transit system for getting you where you need to go. Our buses provide complementary service throughout Vero Beach, Sebastian, South County, Fellsmere and to Indian River State College in Fort Pierce. Riders take the GoLine to work, school, medical appointments, grocery stores, shopping areas, beaches and a variety of other locations. All buses have convenient bike racks and are ADA accessible. Passengers must be able to board, disembark and carry their own packages on and off the bus. Riders younger than age 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Although no fare is charged for riding the GoLine, donations are welcomed to help support our public bus system and its continued operation.
