The General Service Contractor can provide all the amenities needed to fully furnish your exhibit space. Exhibitor Service Kits will be sent to company representatives via e-mail in July. The online kit will contain forms, prices, and deadlines for ordering a variety of services such as furnishings, carpet, drayage, electricity, communications, and floral/plant services. The Exhibitor Service Kit will also contain other instructions, maps, and hotel information.

We also agree to pay appropriate registration fees for all booth personnel in excess of the complimentary allotment. Four complimentary exhibitor badges are provided for each 10’ x 10’ space requested. Prior to May 31, an advance deposit equal to 50 percent of the total exhibit space fee and this completed application are required at the time of selection. Balances are due within thirty (30) days following TSA's receipt of deposit. On or after May 31, full payment and this completed application are required at the time of selection. This application becomes a binding application when the confirmation is sent to the applicant. If this application is not accepted, all deposits and exhibit space payments received with this application will be refunded in full within 30 days of receipt. After the deposit or final payment is received, the following schedule applies on cancelled exhibit space: If the date of cancellation is between June 1 and June 30, the exhibitor will forfeit 30% of the payment; July 1 and July 31, exhibitor forfeits 60%; on or after August 1, exhibitor forfeits 100% of the payment. All cancellation requests must be submitted to the TSA office in writing and must contain a brief explanation for the cancellation. Upon cancellation, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

CONDITIONS This application is subject to the conditions named below, also to all conditions under which the exhibit area is made available to the Texas Society of Architects, and these conditions are a part and shall be so considered. All outstanding balances for exhibit space must be paid in full prior to October 1 preceding the exposition. Past due sums shall bear interest at the highest legal rate permitted by law. All outstanding balances due the Texas Society of Architects, including those for advertising, sponsorships, etc., must be paid in full prior to the first exhibitor move-in day. Exhibitors with unpaid balances of any nature will not be allowed to begin ingress, nor to occupy any portion of their exhibit space, nor to have access to individual exhibitor registration materials. Exhibitors are not permitted to sublet any part of the exhibit space. Individuals staffing the exhibit space during trade show hours shall be officially registered and shall wear official TSA badges that bear the name of the exhibiting company as designated herein. The Texas Society of Architects will not be responsible for loss of or damage to property belonging to an exhibiting company or its representatives caused by theft, fire, water, accident or other causes. The Texas Society of Architects will provide limited security during exhibitor move-in, show dates, and exhibitor move-out. It is expressly understood that the exhibiting company and its representatives agree by accepting these rules that no claim of any kind may be made against the Texas Society of Architects, or any of its members or its employees, for any loss, damage or destruction of goods or property, nor for any injury that may occur while in the Exhibit Area, nor for any damage of any nature or character whatsoever. The obligations and undertakings of each of the parties to this application shall be at Austin, Travis County, Texas. If insurance is desired, it must be placed by the Exhibitor at the expense of the Exhibitor. The Dallas Convention Center is not liable to the Exhibitor for any damage to or for the loss or destruction of any exhibit material or individually-owned property caused by fire or other casualty covered by an extended coverage endorsement to a fire insurance policy. All points not covered herein are subject to settlement by rules and regulations as stated in the Display Rules and Regulations and Contract Conditions that are part of this application. The Texas Society of Architects reserves the right to make such changes, amendments, and additions to these rules, and such further regulations as they shall consider necessary. This application is also subject to the Policies, Rules, and Regulations for Conventions/Trade Shows of the Dallas Convention Center which document is by reference made a part hereof. A copy will be furnished to exhibitors upon request.
