Dear Sales and Staff, I just wanted to tell you guys what a great job you’re doing! I would also like to personally thank Paul for the outstanding customer service I received when I ordered my reel. The reel that I ordered, (PENN Torque 30 with engraving) was for my Father-in-Law who is retiring this week after 42 years of service with the same company!

We, (Our entire Family) wanted to get something special for him so I suggested a new reel since we all vacation at the beach and go offshore fishing every chance we get! Paul assisted me in finding the right reel for the type of fishing we do. After I ordered the reel, the custom shop had a delay in shipping and there was no way the reel would get to us on time for the presentation at my Father-in-Law’s retirement party. I called Paul and he checked the status of the reel and it was being shipped that day but, would not make it in time for the party.

So he had it shipped overnight in mid shipment and I received it the next day! The look on my Father-in-Law’s face when he opened the box and saw the reel and the engraving that we had done for him was priceless!

I don’t think I have ever seen him cry, but getting a gift like that and having the entire family there with him was a little more than he could take! I would like to thank TackleDirect, their sales department and especially Paul for the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you all! I look forward to the upcoming July 4th vacation so we can go out and try out the reel! You guys have a customer for life!!!
