The first house I ever owned was a run-down rental property built in the mid-fifties. After investing lots of sweat equity, four years later I was able to sell the house for twice what I had paid for it. Since then I have owned other homes, including one here in beautiful Missoula that my husband Chris and I helped design and build. We love it here in Missoula! We came here from Northern California with our blended family of five children in 1999.
