Risam Johnson This station is one of a handful that is oriented on a NW to SE 45° axis. It's unique position necessitates that the proposed design solution be able to shade almost a 270° arc of area surrounding the structure. The proposed solution combines centrally planted trees with a modular shade canopy made of 25% perforated corrugated steel that stretches the width of the station platform. Central supports allow for centralized seating areas and planters.
