Gather the entire family for a perfect summer day at Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake. Jump in the lake, bring your boat to play on the water, rent a kayak, build a sandcastle, relax with a good book or just enjoy the sunshine. Whatever constitutes an ideal summer day on the lake is available to you at Beach Club Marina.

SAFETY MEASURES
A day at the marina should be spent experiencing all Donner Lake has to offer. Safety precautions have been evaluated and implemented to ensure that you can focus on fun: • Marina access is available via an online reservation system.

Learn more at tahoedonner.com/marina. • Lake-only access will be permitted without a reservation – normal access fees apply. • Face masks are required when entering and exiting the facility and when interacting with staff. • Groups of five or more are limited to families and people who reside within the same household; access is open to members, guests and unaccompanied guests with guest card. • Beach chairs and tables are appropriately spaced apart – please do not move them. • When paying for your time at the lake, debit cards, credit cards and Tahoe Donner stored value can be used. No cash transactions are currently allowed. • Rental boats and food and beverages are available.

ACCESS FEES
Beach Club Marina is a private amenity open exclusively to Tahoe Donner members and their guests. An Amenity Access Fee is required for entry at each service area. Access fees may be adjusted due to COVID-19.

Rentals are available 8AM-5PM daily. All rentals are per hour and must be returned by 6PM.

Cool off at the Marina Grill this summer with fast and easy walk-up window service. Located at Beach Club Marina, enjoy burgers, salads, wraps, sweets and an assortment of other tasty snacks. Beer, wine, tropical cocktails and a limited spirits menu are also available.

BOAT LAUNCH POLICIES
All motorized/trailered vessels launching on Donner Lake must first pass an invasive species inspection. Additionally, in 2020, all boat owners are required to self-inspect their watercraft prior to launching. A self-inspection must be completed prior to receiving a Donner Lake 2020 sticker. Once the form is complete, owners will bring their completed form to the Police Department to be signed. Upon completion, a sticker will be issued.
Vessels launched at Beach Club Marina must be registered with Tahoe Donner. Vessel registration, proof of insurance and a release of liability waiver are required. For more information, visit tahoedonner.com/marina.
You must have a minimum of two people to launch a vessel with one observing the ramp and launch zone for pedestrians and other hazards. Everyone on board your vessel is subject to the Marina Access Fee.
RESERVATION SYSTEM
Your safety is Tahoe Donner’s number one priority. To ensure your safety with adequate social distancing and to maximize your opportunity to enjoy Beach Club Marina during this unprecedented time of COVID-19, access to this facility will TEMPORARILY require reservations and be limited in both volume and duration. Policy subject to change. Check the web for updates.
RESERVATIONS
• 7AM-10:30AM: First-come, first-served; no reservation required – members and guests may be turned away if maximum beach capacity is met; all visitors must exit beach at 10:30AM • 11AM-CLOSING: Reservations required – no walk-ins after 10:30AM unless space is available • Reservations are required for anyone over 2 years old • Reservation duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes • Before each reservation period, the beach will be cleared and sanitized • Reservations can be made up to two days in advance • MEMBERS: Reservation window opens at 8AM two days prior • GUESTS: Reservation window opens at 12PM two days prior • Limitations: • Members can book reservations for up to eight members on their property, plus up to four guests • Guests can book reservations for up to four people • One reservation time per day. No back-to-back or multiple reservations at the marina per day • All reservation sales are final – no refunds; please check the weather forecast before you make a reservation • Reservation no-shows may result in the association restricting your ability to make reservations in the future • Lake-only access will be permitted without a reservation – normal service area access fees apply • Reservation policies may change • Visit shoptd.tahoedonner.com to make your reservation
RESERVATION ARRIVAL PROCESS
• Arrive for your reservation no earlier than five minutes ahead of time • Members with reservations MUST present a valid member photo-ID card or mobile pass for each member reservation; one card per person, except children ages 6 and under • Member accompanied guests MUST be accompanied by a member at the gate • Unaccompanied guests MUST present one valid transferable guest card per four unaccompanied guests at the gate • Any incorrect access products purchased will be corrected at the gate after all other patrons are permitted access. At that point, the staff person will assist you in updating your reservation and/or collecting appropriate fees. IF NO REMEDY CAN BE MADE, THE
