HE BASIC REQUIREMENT OF THIS PROJECT WAS TO DESIGN A SHOPPING MALL AND A BANQUET. THE BROAD REQUIREMENTS DEMANDED A DIVERSE SELECTION OF STORES THAT CAN ACCOMODATE A WIDE RANGE OF APPAREL, ELECTRONICS, HANDICARFTS AND SUPERMARKETS TO CATER TO DIFFERENT SHOPPER PREFERENCES. ADDITIONALLY THE SHOPPING MALL SHOULD FEATURE 2 MULTIPLEXES WITH A CAPACITY OF 300 EACH AND A PREMIUM MULTIPLEX WITH A CAPACITY OF 100. TO ENHANCE VISITOR EXPERIENCE, THE MALL SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE A FOOD COURT, A GAMING ZONE AND A BANQUET HALL OF 200 CAPACITY, ALONG WITH ALL THE NECESSARY SERVICES REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THESE AMMENITIES. IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE SUCCESSFUL FUNCTIONING OF THE MALL, ITS IS CRUCIAL TO CONSIDER ANCILLARY FACILITIES SUCH AS AMPLE PARKING SPACE, DG AND STP FOR EFFECTIVE WASTE MANAGEMENT. SUCH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES WILL CONTRIBUTE TO CREATING A MORE ENJOYABLE AND CONVINIENT ENVIRONMENT FOR BOTH SHOPPERS AND EVENT ATTENDEES.

THE SITE BEING LOCATED IN MANGALORE, KARNATAKA, INDIA WHICH COMES UNDER THE TROPICAL CLIMATE HAVING AN ANNUAL RAINFALL OF UPTO 2800 MM. MANGALORE BEING A COASTAL CITY EXPERINCES HIGH HUMIDITY LEVELS AND GUSTY WINDS DURING THE DAY. THE SITE IS SURROUNDED BY 2 MAIN ROADS WHICH MEET AT JUNCTION AT SOUTH-EAST OF THE SITE. AND A NARROW ROAD ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SITE.

THE EXTERIOR OF THE SHOPPING MALL PRIMARILY FEATURES CURTAIN WALLS, WHICH ARE ADORNED WITH WOODEN PANELS, WOODEN PIPES AND STEEL PIPES TO ENHANCE THE OVERALL APPEARANCE AND AESTHETICS OF THE BUILDING’S FACADE.
IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH AN IMPRESSIVE ENTRANCE, WE HAVE INCORPORATED PALM PLANTS AND LUSH GREEN GROUND COVER. FORTHERMORE, WE HAVE DESIGNED A SPACIOUS DROP-OFF AREA TO ENSURE A CONVINIENT AND HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL VISITORS.

HE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY THAT PROVIDES EXCELLENT FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE OF ALL JOB POSITIONS. THE PROJECT WANTS TO COME UP WITH CREATIVE AND BENEFICIAL BULIDING DESIGNS THAT MAKE EVERYONE FEEL GOOD, INCLUDED AND CONNECTED. IT AIMS TO CREATE UNIQUE PLACES IN THE TOWN THAT OFFERS A GREAT QUALITY OF LIFE AND ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND SMART PLANNING.`

RESIDENTIAL IS AGAIN CATEGORISED INTO PRESIDENTIAL PEOPLE HAVING 4 VILLASOF 4BHK, MANAGERIAL CLASS PEOPLE HAVING 25 UNITS OF 3BHK, OFFICER CLASS PEOPLE HAVING 120 UNITS OF 2BHK, SHIFT INCHARGE PEOPLE HAVING 280 UNITS OF LESSER AREA 2BHK AND GUESTS HAVING 25 UNITS OF STUDIO ROOMS.

THE SITE BEING LOCATED IN TORANGALLU, KARNATAKA, INDIA WHICH COMES UNDER THE TROPICAL CLIMATE IS SURROUNDED BY ROCK MOUNTAINS DUE TO WHICH EXTREME HEAT CONDITIONS ARE FACED BY THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE, WITH MAY BEING THE WARMEST AND DECEMBER BEING THE COOLEST. THE SITE IS SURROUNDED BY ONE 15M ROAD AND TWO 9M ROADS WHICH CONNECT AT A JUNCTION.

HE DESIGN BRIEF AIMED TO ADDRESS THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING WELL EQUIPPED HEALTHCARE FACILITIES. THE PROJECT REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED ESTABLISHING ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS FOR A PRIMARY HEALTH CARE CENTER, SUCH AS AN OPD, MINOR OT, MALE AND FEMALE WARDS, POSTPARTUM ROOM, EMERGENCY WARD, CONSULTANCY ROOMS, WAITING AREA, RECEPTION AND NECESSARY WASHROOMS. ADDITIONALLY THE PROJECT CALLED FOR THE DESIGN OF ACCOMMODATION SPACES TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF THE WORKING STAFF WITHIN THE PROPERTY. THE EMPHASIS IS ON CREATING COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT THAT CATERS TO BOTH MEDICAL SERVICE DELIVERY AND THE WELL BEING OF THE DEDICATED STAFF MEMBERS.
ABOUT THE SITE:
THE SITE IS LOCATED IN KUSUGAL, HUBLI, KARNATAKA, INDIA WHICH EXPERIENCES A MODERATE WITH 500MM TO 800MM RAINFALL ANNUALLY. THE SITE HAS A FLAT LAND WHEN SEEN THROUGH A SECTION. THE SURROUNDINGS ARE NOT MUCH POPULATED AND HAS A SCARCITY OF GOOD QUALITY FACLITIES FOR PEOPLE. SOIL TYPE FOUND HERE IS RED SOIL WHICH IS CONSIDERED VERY GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE SITE HAS A 15M HIGHWAY ON THE SOUTH-EAST SIDE.
