Golf

For over 45 years, Tail Activewear has been bringing the best in fit, fabric, and fashion to the world of women’s active apparel. Today, we are still just as committed to delivering the fashionable styling, dependable sizing, and the latest in performance technology and technical fabrications that you have come to expect.

Our focus on fit is one of the reasons our customers are loyal to Tail. We use fit blocks to ensure consistent sizing from year to year. Our tops, bottoms, dresses, and outerwear are thoughtfully designed to flatter many body types, and our customers feel confident knowing they always look their best.

The result of our unwavering dedication to our customers is a fabulous, fashionable wardrobe that will have them looking and feeling their best for a round of golf, a tennis match, traveling, or even just running errands around town.

During the design process, we draw inspiration from the latest fashions and translate them into classic, sophisticated looks we know will work not only for sport, but also in daily life. We curate our seasonal collections to reflect up-to-the-minute styles, patterns, and colors but always maintain our consistent fit and classic tailoring.

SUN PROTECTION

Most of our fabrics are rated UPF 50+ and block approximately 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays to protect your skin from the sun.

COMFORT STRETCH

Tail fabrics not only hold their shape throughout the day but also provide freedom of movement while always looking their best.

MOISTURE MANAGEMENT

Tail fabrics work to wick moisture away from the body quickly and efficiently keeping the wearer dry, comfortable, and worry-free.

EASY CARE

Our fabrics are fuss-free and most can be machine-washed and dried.

PAYMENT TERMS

Terms are net 45 days unless otherwise specified in a Tail sales program.

Shipments are F.O.B. Miami, Florida. Past due accounts will be assessed a late charge that will be applied at the monthly rate of 1.5%.

INVOICES AND STATEMENTS

Invoices will be distributed with shipments. Monthly statements can be sent via mail.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may not cancel more than 15% of orders 30 days prior to scheduled start ship date. Cancellations that reduce season booking totals below the threshold quoted in sales programs will void sales program discounts.

BACKORDERS

Should an item be out of stock, the item will be backordered unless the customer instructed otherwise on the purchase order. Tail will pay shipping charges on backorders.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Tail products are fully warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship. Tail will replace or repair defective products without charge with a return authorization.

SHIPPING TERMS

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be billed to the customer’s account.

TRANS-SHIPPING: Tail sells only to selected retail outlets that sell directly to consumers and transfer of product is prohibited. All new account openings must be approved by Tail.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AND SHORT SHIPMENTS: Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any order fulfillment discrepancies must be reported to Tail’s Customer Relations department at 1.800.876.8245 within seven (7) days of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may not be returned for credit or exchange without specific authorization unless otherwise provided for in a specific program for which the customer qualifies. Requests for a return authorization number (RA#) may be made by writing, emailing, or calling our Customer Relations department at 1.800.876.8245 or cs@tailactivewear.com.

Returns should be received at Tail warehouse within 30 days of receiving an RA number.

Accounts will be charged a 7% restocking fee for returns per program parameters unless the product is defective.
