FABRICE JUAN SERIES
For the first time since launching Studio by Tai Ping, the Hong Kong-based house has invited a guest to create a series within the prêt-à-porter label. French architect and decorator Fabrice Juan has imagined seven designs that communicate a strong colour statement and simplified graphic layouts.
The Paris-based designer is renowned for his talent in conceiving high-end interiors where French ‘art de vivre’ is expressed with the finest spirit, and for creating bold pieces of furniture crafted by talented artisans. The second Paris curation of Studio by Tai Ping features a portfolio of highly geometrical patterns and colourful palettes, designed to be at home in modern urban interiors. Each of the seven designs has been developed in two colourways, giving birth to a balanced ensemble of ultra-contemporary rugs.
Studio by Tai Ping rugs are tufted in the finest New Zealand wools by Tai Ping artisans using a proprietary mechanical tufting technology, combined with hand finishing to offer the most refined sculpted curves and lines, always adhering to the ethical and sustainability standards that have defined the Tai Ping brand since its founding in 1956.
