Contributions • In NYC, rooftop lounges have gained popularity almost as fast codes regulating them for safety and egress spring up. • This rooftop lounge was a project that personally managed from conception, through construction materialization and over the many hurdles involved in building and fire code approvals. • It’s design is modest as per the client’s wishes but still pushes the expanse of creativity through features such as: the operable roof canopy, responsive lighting bar design and plant generated heated lounge seating.
