„Someone who conducts themselves with an air of gravity is someone who takes what they are d o i n g s e r i o u s l y. Yo u m i g h t b e a m u s e d t o s e e a three year old serving her dolls tea with an air of g r a v i t y a p p r o p r i a t e t o t h e Q u e e n o f E n g l a n d .“ Equally, you may be amazed with the time and effort, invested in one singular piece of cloth and the amount of knowledge hidden within it. This collection is just my first step in this world of craftsmanship, a first touch on experience, centuries old, with the aim of creating valuable and lasting garments. Gravity, in it ’s second sense, is the natural force that causes things to fall toward the earth. This force is subtly symbolized in the collection by folds, seams and pinstripe, running vertically through the various outfits.
