4-H CLUB MEETING
4-H gives youth that extra edge for life success by offering numerous opportunities to develop leadership, responsibility, and citizenship.
Ages: 4-18

Karate
Each class will consist in the basic training of kicking, punching, blocking, stances, along with Japanese etiquette and terminology. The techniques will become more advanced as the student advances, incorporating different combinations of the basics. Students will learn katas (choreographed techniques or form) designed specifically for each belt level. Join us for friendly games of ping pong (table tennis), the most popular racket sport in the world! Not only is it fun, but ping pong boasts many health benefits, such as improved hand-eye coordination, mental acuity, balance, and reflexes.

Meals On Wheels
Meals are prepared and packed at the Chino Valley Senior Center and delivered to clients by volunteer drivers. Recipients must qualify for this program.
