Welcome to the launch issue of Global Free Talk News

Global Free Talk News is a collaborative magazine for everyone who wants a voice, to have a voice! If you have a view on how humanity is panning out, then this is the place for you. Through the act of collaboration, discussion and action things can change, energy can shift and just maybe we can be instrumental in some small way to help bring balance and harmony to humanity. We hear time and again that it only takes one act, one person, one statement to inspire others and cause a ripple, and that in turn can expand and affect the lives of everyone...let’s see how this can truly work, because sitting around and talking about it doesn’t always make it so (although there are some who would disagree - and to those people, we say pfft!...prove it!). We are blessed to be living at a very exciting time in the history of humanity; not everything that has gone before this moment has always served us in the best way. At this present time of ‘shift’ or ‘change’, or whatever you want to call it, there is, without doubt an emerging energy that is steering us and causing us to question and examine our own actions, the actions of authorities and leaders, and to look for solution-based ideas and visions that can help redress the balance in our lives, and ultimately the balance and health of the planet as a whole.

To coin a cliché, we are entering a time of awakening...but in all honesty, we have been ‘awake’ all along, it’s just we didn’t necessarily know it, but now with our attention being drawn into the focus of the abundance of information through the internet, film, interviews, organisations and not of course forgetting the endless ‘self help’ options available to all, it leaves us wondering who, if anyone, we should believe. Global Free Talk is here to provide a platform to air the BIG questions, explore the possible answers and generally open the door to healthy debate, and to help bring forward creative ideas to motivate and effect change. If you want to be part of this global conversation, this is where it can begin! I hope you enjoy this magazine! With love Trina P.S. If you would like to contribute stories, articles, news and other information, please email trina@talk-media.co.uk I look forward to hearing from you!

The Super Moon Effect BY DR NICK KOLLERSTROM

T

here is a ‘supermoon’ coming up on July 12th , this is an extra-large Full moon, its closest perigee of the year. Once a month it comes closest to Earth at perigee, and this strongest one falls on a Full Moon. This will lead to extra-large tides. Our moon is at just the right distance from us to produce tides - if it were a bit closer we’d keep being flooded by huge tides all the time. Thus, perigee and Full moons synchronise to produce this ‘supermoon’ effect. On this date – or any summer Full moon – why not plan an evening meal outside with your friends to experience the golden sun setting just as the silver Moon rises, East and West, at opposite ends of the sky. Can you notice that the moon looks larger? Does the moon affect us? Some people find they are aware of this but generally speaking scientists never agree. One recent study showed patterns of sleep indicated a deeper sleep around the New Moon whereas it took longer to fall asleep at the Full moon. (Professor Cajochen, Current Biology, July 2013): brain-wave activity indicating deep sleep was 30% less at the Full. I think this echoes folk-tradition that a Full moon is a time for celebrating whereas the new moon is a more reflective time.

I did a survey once using Samaritan phone calls showing that women especially were more stressed out around the New Moon (http://web.archive.org/ web/20110209081836/http://www. biomedcentral.com/1471-244X/3/20/index. htm ) Women whose periods average around 2830 days may well tend to find themselves synchronizing with the full or new moon. There is a theory that this used to be more widely the case whereas modern conditions of urban living have caused this synchrony to become fragmented. On this theory the time of fertility would have been around the Full moon whereas the bleeding was at the new. Using very large surveys, the female period through the years of fertility averages between 29 and 30 days. That is the period between two full Moons, the lunar month, twenty-nine and a half days. This is a bloody interesting subject but rather repressed in our culture. Its deep meaning has been forgotten. Our Moon is a mystery, logically it should not be there! It’s much too far away in relation to its size so it isn’t really held by Earth’s gravity field. Its 30 Earth-diameters away, and being so far away, why does the same

7

side of it always face Earthwards? We always only see one side of it, because it revolves in space once per 27.3 days which is the same time it takes to orbit the earth. The gravity pull of the Sun is actually pulling much more strongly on the moon than earth’s gravitational pull.

It’s in a nearly circular orbit, which it would not be in if it had been captured by Earth in the past: so how did it get there? No theory of its origin ever quite fits the data. People used to believe it had been pulled out of the pacific ocean, accounting for the ‘ring of fire’ of volcanoes all around the Pacific rim. That was the 19th-century theory. Nowadays astronomers believe that some other passing planet impacted into Earth, and Whup! Bits splattered out and somehow coalesced into Selene’s Sphere. Well I don’t reckon much on that theory. When astronomers investigated the Moon’s surface during the Apollo missions, back in the ‘60s, (remember?) they kept finding that it was bone-dry, and they became convinced that no water had ever been near it. But, more recently water has been discovered on its surface: so theories about the Moon always tend to be contradictory. One thing astronomers are agreed about, its structure and ‘design’ is very much pointing towards the Earth. So it was formed in relation to Earth. The back is totally different from the front. The charming features we see on the Moon’s surface – its huge craters, its dark lava seas, its shimmering silvery ‘rays’ that stream out from the craters, its ‘sinuous rilles’ which look like winding river valleys – none of these are present on the back of the Moon, which is quite dull by comparison. Its pattern of faint surface magnetism is also polarised along the axis facing Earth.

8

On the Moon, you’d see Earth rising, every twenty-seven days. I reckon the astronauts really went there – though a lot of people don’t – but I tend to agree with Richard Hoagland that they may have been conditioned to forget or not mention various strange experiences they had there. It was hard for them to remember and ‘feel’ what it had been like to be there. But, I’m quite open to people disagreeing on this: for example, the astronauts should have found

gravity to be merely one-sixth that of Earth, whereas some feel the film-sequences we were shown did not really show that. It looks like being the same size as the Sun, by a funny coincidence of scaling. We see the Sun rotating by looking at its sunspots as they move round every day, and on average we see the sunspots rotate once every 27.3 days. So that is the same period as the Moon revolves, which again is quite an odd coincidence. Some people have believed the Moon is hollow, because it has a quite low density overall. It has no core like Earth has, but on the contrary its high-melting point heavy metals are more on the outside, on or near the surface: iron, uranium, titanium… Its surface seems quite hard, and when one of the Apollo missions crashed a vehicle onto its surface, seismic detectors found that it ‘rang like a gong’ for several hours. The moonquakes kept going for quite a while. Ah, those titanium-dark lava seas… Mysterious glows spread across its surface, usually ruby red and usually inside craters, which have astronomers totally foxed. They have been reported for centuries. The crater Aristarchus often displays a bright blue glow, and what in heaven’s name is that? Astronomers give the boring name ‘transient lunar phenomena’ for this mystery. Chemists found that the Moon-rock was loaded up with isotopes of lead that showed extreme old age – billions of years or so they reckoned, and this was older than anything on Earth. Very ancient, bone-dry, with no magnetic field, and a much simpler elemental composition than Earth, it faces ever towards its parent planet Earth, the watery planet. The two are opposites in every respect. They make a wonderful dance in the heavens, tracing out the complicated cycles Metonic and Saros, very exactly, which regulate eclipses and our calendar system.

Arts Part in the Revolution! BY TRINA HART

A

rt has been responsible for a sub text in society for hundreds of years. Powerful images depict the social climate, get into the underbelly of society, express the religious, political and personal experiences of the day. So, we should embrace art as a marker for what is really happening at a point in time. Before the advent of manufactured paints, it was really hard being an artist - it required a lot of preparation, money and time, so it is a wonderful thing that the spontaneity was not lost in the finished piece, in fact it’s a remarkable thing that the spontaneity wasn’t lost. These days painting is far more accessible, paints and other materials required are relatively inexpensive, and dry quickly... it’s something that you can literally pick up at any stage in your life. The only thing stopping most people I speak to about this, is time. I paint, and call it art. Whatever that really means! I’m no Banksy, but I do like a bit of a political statement or poignant meaning in what I create, which is a bugger as that requires some serious thinking. I could just paint a still life, and make a reasonable fist of it, but for me it is meaningless and just comes under the category of ‘interior design’. That’s not to say I slate others who paint this way, I don’t. It’s just for me the creativity has to do something. And like most artists, I rarely like anything I

produce, am hypercritical and often end up quite demoralised by the entire experience. But when it does work, the feeling of achievement is the most wonderful feeling in the world. It’s worth all the practice to arrive at that point. Getting back to the issue of time, it’s a difficult one if you work, as I do. But the one thing I hang onto is that I can attend a weekend workshop once a month, so that means that once a month I do paint for an entire day, which then reminds me that I should be doing it more often! However, there’s a workshop I shall be attending in October that will run over 3 days, so that really will get the creative juices flowing. It’s at a retreat in Kent called Oxon Hoath and in a limited group of 15, with one tutor, it holds promise of an excellent opportunity to get stuff done. I am, as you can probably tell, pretty excited. Between now and then, I shall try to be proactive in the planning and organising of what I hope to achieve in those three days, which in turn means I should do more from my studio space on the lead up. I really hope that happens! Anyway, if you are an artist, or love to paint, and are interested in checking out the retreat, have a look here: http:// creativeartretreats.co.uk/ I reckon it’s going to be a really amazing break.

FRACK. RIGHT. OFF! TRINA HART INTERVIEWS: FRANCES LEADER, TREASURER OF THE PROTECTORS TRAVELLING FUND, PROTECTOR OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AND ANTI FRACKING ACTIVIST ON THE FRONT LINE.

10

H

orizontal hydraulic fracturing, or ‘fracking,’ has bad press, I think we can all agree, but do we really know why? What is this industry all about, and what are the prospects for the environment should the green light be given to these consortiums to grab sites all over the globe, and drill? Balcombe, West Sussex (UK) has been a focus on the mainstream news as oil company Cuadrilla carried out test-drilling in the village last summer, amidst much resistance, and now intends to carry out further tests before sealing off the well. With the press having gone very quiet on the subject, I thought it would be interesting to find out what’s happening on the front line, so I called Frances Leader, a ‘protector’ and a woman with more passion about stopping this outrageous assault on the planet than anyone you’ll ever meet! I wanted to get an update, her views and to see what, if any, progress is emerging from the perspective of the protesters. I asked her how the anti fracking communities came about, and she quite simply replied; “If you build it, they will come. And they certainly do...and that’s how the anti fracking communities are born.” When I asked Frances what the situation was currently at Balcombe (the proposed fracking site in West Sussex), this is what she had to say: “They’re [the residents] so depressed, my heart goes out to the people that live in Balcombe. They fought a really, really tough fight all through last summer, their village was inundated with all of us, and a ridiculous number of police and of course all the press and media, and they really thought that when Cuadrilla pulled out that there was a chance, and that they wouldn’t be back, but now of course they’ve come back and they’re going to frack. They are so depressed. But the good thing about it is, we’ll all get back together again and show our support. We’ll fight it, we won’t just say “OK then, you can go and frack if you like”... no!”

What has Cuadrilla’s response been to the protesters? “They don’t talk to us, they don’t tell us anything at all. I was at a Fracking conference recently in London, and Andrew Austin who is the CEO of iGas, which is the company who are drilling up on Barton Moss, gave an address and was giving assurances. The majority of the audience were people from planning offices and council offices from up and down the country, and of course they’re worried sick about making the decisions about giving out planning permission. It became more than obvious all through that conference that they don’t know what they are dealing with, and they’re not going to find out what they’re dealing with, because the oil and gas companies are keeping everything such a secret. “The fluid that they use to frack is all a big secret too, and they seem unable to say what chemicals are in it, well, if you can’t tell us what chemicals are in it, then you’re not putting it in the ground...that’s what I say. Then there is the question of dealing with the affluent that comes back up [from drilling], because it won’t just be the chemicals that you put down there, it’ll be a reaction with chemicals that are already down there, along with NOR (naturally occurring radiation) - that’s all coming back to the surface as fluids and solids, so where is that going to be stored? When we asked the water expert who was on the panel at the conference he really had no answer.

11

“We know for a fact that what they got out of the one frack site they did drill in Lancashire, they surreptitiously dumped in the Manchester ship canal. They’re not going to get away with this any more. In my opinion, if you’re going to make something that produces a toxic by product, then you have to know what your plan is to dispose of the toxic waste without harming the environment. And if you don’t know what you’re going to be doing with that toxic waste, then you shouldn’t be making it in the first place. This is logic. Basic logic.

“Half the time I think are these people really insane, or are they on drugs. It must be one or the other because these are ludicrous ideas they are coming out with.” Speaking with Frances, it becomes immediately apparent that not only is she incredibly well researched and knowledgeable on the issue of fracking, but is able to speak at length, and in depth on the issues surrounding the impact fracking will have on the environment, and interestingly she has raised a very important point in that although fracking has undergone safety testing procedures, this was all carried out in the USA where the geology, social environments and other factors do not apply in the UK. We, as a small, densely populated island, do not have the infrastructure to accommodate the thousands of fracking sites earmarked for our small country. What seems very clear when speaking to Frances is the fact that there seems to be no clean up plan for toxic waste, or a strategy for the possibility of polluting the water table, nor the environmental cost for the amount of water used in this process, the wear and tear on the road networks by heavy machinery and vehicles associated with fracking, the devastation of local communities as these vast plants are erected; all these issues go to making her protest not one of choice, but of necessity. Frances says, “To me, it’s obvious that we don’t damage our environment, why is there no international law to stop this kind of activity, and why has the United Nations not looked into this?”

12

I asked Frances what she felt was the most important message for readers to take away from this interview: “The most important message of all is we cannot regulate this industry, we cannot control a frack job, we cannot deal with the effluent and garbage that comes up out of that frack hole. Until there is a safe way to get rid of the toxic waste that we’re already making with lots of other industries we need to stop, right now. Let’s find a way to make things cleaner, not dirtier. The oil industry is determined to make everything filthy. We can’t risk entertaining fracking and all it could do to the environment here in the UK. We must stop fracking dead. And not just in the UK.” As this article is being written, news has now come in via RT, that a leak from the queen’s speech due on 4 June goes like this:

‘An infrastructure and competitiveness bill to be announced in the Queen’s speech on Wednesday will change trespassing laws, allowing shale gas exploration firms to drill on private land without requiring the permission of the owner, UK media report.’ Frances, and all those protesting, will have their work cut out to try and overturn this bill should it be passed. And it probably will. If you are thinking of contributing to the PROTECTORS TRAVELLING FUND here are the details you need: TSB sort code 77-50-23 account number 24039168 (& reference it “Travel Fund”) Or, if you prefer to use Paypal - address it to: franleader@hotmail.co.uk For more information on fracking there are pretty informative resources: http://www.dangersoffracking.com/ http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-14432401 http://frack-off.org.uk/fracking-hell/

According to latest figures, around 15% of workers in the United Kingdom have taken the plunge and gone self-employed since the financial crisis of 2007 and 2008. Whilst a large number of those may have entered into self-employed life out of necessity rather than choice, the majority of the 4.5 million self-employed British workers still prefer being their own boss than a humble 9-to-5 employee. Running your own business can bring with it great rewards, opportunities and financial freedom. However, as many start-ups have discovered, the road can also be bumpy with access to credit hard to come by due to changing attitudes from the high street banks. It’s no great secret that a large chunk of new businesses fail within their first two years of trading. It’s a sobering and frightening trend that doesn’t appear to be improving. Starting a business from scratch is a hard slog and can be extremely demanding of your time and energy. Before the last recession took hold, self-employed workers averaged 30 hours more than they wanted to per year. Whilst nowadays they work 30 hours fewer than they would like.

Through periods of high demand, self-employed business owners could realistically work around the clock to build the business and during slower periods, will still likely be hard at work chasing new business at the expense of personal time. Stress levels can run high. So when the odds are stacked so heavily against them, why do so many people

still desire the self-employed life and what is the best path to getting there? Being in charge of your own financial destiny is without doubt an attractive proposition. You choose the hours you work and how you work. The reward for hard graft is always equal to the business you attract and the profit you make. Who wouldn’t want that? However, many experts now feel the best path to successful self-employed is to acquire an existing business rather than start from scratch. When you consider the cost implications of starting a new business, and the fact that you have zero customers and no guaranteed trade to speak of, an existing business with goodwill value and a healthy balance sheet suddenly becomes a far more attractive proposition. A quick online search returns dozens of websites that list busineses for sale across a full spectrum of industries all over the country. One excellent example website is www.Simply.Biz which is free to join and has thousands of great listings up and down the country plus overseas. Surprisingly, now is a great time to buy a business. The choice is extremely varied, prices are still competitively low and the economy is looking up. So finally, the outlook is positive for small business owners - hoorah! On the face of it, the actual cost of buying an existing business entity compared to starting a new one is pretty much on par. Why risk your life savings working to build a new business that won’t guarantee success when an existing business with a track record, loyal customers and profits will? The task of buying a business isn’t as complex as many might think as well. With solicitors now offering great rates to help would-be business owners buy the goodwill or share capital of businesses quickly and painlessly, the legal process suddenly becomes an attractive one.

Quangos and Corporations are acting like land pirates! BY MARK WINDOWS

F

orced evictions already an epidemic in the US are now taking place on a massive scale in the UK and are being kept out of the mainstream media.

One of the first Sunday Shows on WOTW on TPV was about Forced Evictions http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nQ thO6lrUo&list=PLKivTZFpyNAy17Ts_kDvltF83xH9esDq&feature=share&index=33 WOTW has covered the broken rule of law and corruption in the administrative system in previous shows.

We covered three different forced evictions on the show. Evicted by private interests with no recourse A woman who again owned all the equity in her property was evicted through a debt she disputed which a property management company claimed was owed.

She was forcibly evicted by the police and arrested for breach of the peace whilst inside her own property as seen in the video to your left. She was also handcuffed with her hands behind her back. She had been assaulted by the bailiff, and the police intervened, and arrested her. The police took the side of the bailiffs, which is now normal practice. Here is the video http://youtu.be/S2NOI9QIKeU The second unlawful eviction we covered was as a result of an assumption by the Child Support Agency. The CSA make administrative assumptions, which are by their own admission, 300 percent inflated “As a bit of a lever”. In this case the man who the CSA were hounding did not want to play ball. He even disputed the debt as there was no evidence that the child the CSA were claiming for was his. This administrative process is not about child maintenance, it is simply the taking of assets by a quango on behalf of the state.

Ground rent of £165 was owed and there was a dispute over service charges. No warrant of possession was produced. The matter should have been heard by a tribunal before court proceedings were issued.

15

Background to the actions of the Child Support Agency

The CSA approach people whose children have grown up and issue a debt for unpaid child maintenance. The parent has often already entered into a private agreement with the other partner and all maintenance paid. In this particular case I attended the hearing where it was clearly stated that the man was not liable and the alleged debt of over £50,000 was not owed. The court was also out of jurisdiction; County Court cannot deal with sums this large. The debt must be proved if due process is followed. Mo and Sherri Barnett set up an organisation called Dead Beat Dads after Mo was hit with an attachment of earning for Child Maintenance which was not owed. They have helped many people fight these assumptions, however much property has been taken and 92 men have taken their lives as a result of the CSA making administrative errors and assumptions. In the case we covered, the man’s property was taken with the help of a firm of solicitors who enforced the assumed debt, and put it through County Court. This is just a stamping process and there is no remedy offered. (There are remedies however which we have covered on the show.) After the case was eventually heard in a so called Chancery Court, which was, once again a further stamping process and not a hearing, bailiffs later turned up stating they had an eviction order / warrant of restitution. This was done through the same firm of solicitors who work with the CSA. It also now appears that firms of estate agents, with their own auctioneers, are involved in this too. The disturbing thing about this case was that the property was owned outright, with no mortgage or debt outstanding.

Police act unlawfully An army of police turned up at the property with private bailiffs, there was even a helicopter. This is now not uncommon in these evictions. The chap disputed the

16

validity of the warrant; it was not a true warrant of possession and due process had not been followed. There was no debt owed. The bailiffs when confronted about their invalid paperwork then conspired with the police, who are theoretically there merely to keep the peace. Neither the bailiffs nor police were legally entitled to force entry. It appears that there is a pre-arranged meeting between the bailiffs, police and a private investigator. The police decided to force entry for the bailiffs. This was featured in the show and also here: http://youtu.be/S2NOI9QIKeU along with the next eviction we covered (below). We put this to the Metropolitan Police press office. Firstly they said, “the police would never do that”. We called them once again, and they confirmed that if the police broke the door down in these circumstances it would be criminal damage. Police in this, and many other cases, are acting against the law. The police are now acting for private interests when they are meant to be a public body. With increasingly privatised and corporate police, the trend is getting worse. Notices were attached to the metal shutters which stated that this was a Mortgage Repossession, which was untrue. Neighbours would have assumed this to be the case.

Mortgage repayments stopped then fully repaid equals eviction A couple who disputed their mortgage and stopped payments, then offered remedy, plus three advance payments were evicted. An army of police in vans turned up again with bailiffs: http://youtu.be/HEfZOotclmY The property was taken by force. The couple were then hit with a £37,000 bill for security after they were evicted. The house was sold at auction.

Public and private conspiracy It appears that private interests are conspiring with the police in these evictions.

In some cases it has been stated that a pre arranged meeting has taken place between the police, the bailiff company and a private investigator who oversees and co ordinates the matter.

This is coming your way So, why is this happening? There is a bigger picture which can be broken down. The administrative system of law is broken. Quangos and corporations are acting like land pirates. One way this is being done is through solicitors or LLPS (Limited Liability Partnerships) acting with debt collectors, issuing liabilities for relatively small amounts, which end up as liens or charges on the property. In many cases the land registry are instructed to put a charging order or “interim charging order” on the property.

All this is coming your way All the unpaid student loans have been sold to bailiff companies. All those who defaulted on their student loans will now be targeted. This will inevitably lead to bankruptcy and property repossession. These private bailiff companies also issue arrest warrants and committal to prison. Debtors’ prisons are returning and are already big business in the U.S. There is a stamping process by solicitors acting for private interests, putting this through County Courts, using court paperwork. This has been going on with bailiff companies for years in the respect they issue charges which are not broken down on paperwork, which they issue themselves.

There is no due process because ultimately the administrative system works on liability, and we are all liable under this system. Remedies can be found as the Orders or Judgments issued can be void ab initio (from the beginning): http://www.landofthefree. co.uk/site/component/content/article/1latestnews/151-when-court-orders-arevoid The government has no interest in stopping this as there is a national debt to feed, and a worldwide property grab under United Nations Agenda 21, which every council in the country is signed up to. It is also called “Sustainable Development.” Under Agenda 21 private property is “not sustainable”. The house taken in the first instance has been reclaimed after a huge fight with the firm of solicitors involved. The entire contents of the house were however taken and auctioned. The woman who was arrested is still fighting the solicitors and her property has not been sold.

Finding Remedy When entering an administrative court everything should be on paper and you can ask the judge whether the matter is private or public. If you do this you are “holding court”. Your written evidence cannot be inadmissible in a Court of public record. The administrative courts are government courts and solely administrative, the higher courts are not. We will be covering this in great detail in future shows on Windows on the World. None of the above is legal advice but all based on factual case studies and experience.

The Future of Money BY SCOTT CUNDILL

W

elcome to a new world. A world where money does not exist and everyone lives in a Utopian society.

But not quite yet. It will take time, and an evolution of consciousness, to get there and it will require us to open our minds to some important facts about this thing called ‘money.’

20

1. Money does not exist. Money does not exist in the world today. Gold, silver and copper have been replaced by the promise to pay money. As strange as this may sound, a “promise to pay” made by a bank to you is termed money because these promises serve, in effect, as money. In other words, our global monetary system is made up of IOUs, bonds and guarantees, but there is no actual money.

2. The money in your bank account does not legally belong to you. In legal terms, the ‘money’ in your account belongs to the bank, not to you. This is horrifying, but it is a legal fact in most countries. Instead, we enjoy a kind of rental agreement or license that gives us temporary permission to trade with a bank’s IOU... for a fee of course.

3. A bank “loan” is not a “loan” at all. A loan is the creation of brand new money. When a bank makes a loan, brand new money is created. Sometimes this is referred to as Fractional Reserve Banking, but even this is a misrepresentation. Fractional Reserve Banking implies that banks loan deposits or other money the bank actually has. It implies that there is movement of money into your account. This is completely incorrect. The entire amount of a bank loan is created out of thin air by the bank the moment that loan is granted.

4. Our economic text books are wrong. Our schools and universities teach a “mythological story of what banks do” according to Lord Adair Turner, a former Bank Regulator. This means that government officials, banking CEOs, lawyers, and anyone who has studied traditional economics, have been taught the wrong facts about how our banking and money system actually works. Even the Bank of England has admitted this.

5. Tax is almost entirely unnecessary. In most countries, each and every cent derived from income tax is used to pay just the interest on that country’s national debt. Most of our national debt is ‘created’ when

our government issues treasury bonds, where promises made out of nothing are created for us by the banks, which we the people must then pay back with interest.

FACT: All money owed by a government or person to any bank is nothing more than a legal fiction.

It does not exist. In fact, the word credit comes from the Latin word credere which means “to believe.” Debt, interest, IOU’s promises and money are all literal and legal figments of the imagination. Without belief, the system dies.

The Future of Money. While we wait for Utopia, we can use alternative currencies. From global currencies like Bitcoin and Maxcoin to community currencies like BerkShares, the solutions are tried and tested. We just need to get up off our couches and use them. So, now that we know the truth about money, here is the solution to all our money problems... and it’s coming very soon to an Internet near you: To open a business, simply go online and set it up. Your company will trade both online and offline, but there will be no registration fees and no annoying documents to sign. Since there is no registration with the government, that means... no tax, ever! Then, open an account with one of the many decentralised peer-to-peer alternative currency exchanges that will become available. These won’t be connected to any bank, which means that you can transact anywhere in the world without using dollars or euros or yuans. You will only trade with alternative currencies. Naturally, there will be no bank charges, no transaction fees and certainly no interest. There will be no weird legal documents to prove your name and address when opening your account. Criminals are stopped by account reputation – too many complaints will see your business being blacklisted and nobody will trade with you. This technique is already used widely across the web and it works. Personally, I am proud to be part of making this a reality. I hope you are too.

P

eace One Day will make history in 2014 by taking over Goma International Airport in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to launch a mass public celebration and concert headlined by fivetime Grammy Award-nominated recording artist Akon. In an historic first, the airport will host this major event expected to unite more than 50,000 people at the venue to celebrate the hope for peace on Peace Day September 21. This concert is being produced and directed by Peace One Day founder, Jeremy Gilley. He said today: “I am so grateful to President Kabila for allowing the Peace One Day Celebration 2014 to take place at Goma International Airport. There is no better location for our show. This will send a strong message to the world that there are positive stories taking place here. Akon’s performance on this day will signal a new chapter of hope for a generation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Great Lakes region. My sincere thanks to Howard G. Buffett for funding this show and to Martin Kobler of MONUSCO for reaching out to President Kabila to obtain clearance for us to hold the show at the airport. This will be a celebration to remember.”

26

Akon’s mass appeal across the region is expected to carry the message of Peace Day to millions via a multiplatform delivery across digital, mobile, radio and television broadcasts, linking Goma, the DRC and Great Lakes region with the rest of the world. Unifying the people of the DRC and Great Lakes on Peace Day is the primary objective of Peace One Day’s campaign in the region, being made possible through a $10 million donation from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation. The Akon concert, which is the public awareness hub of the campaign in 2014, is being produced by Jeremy Gilley and Peace One Day ambassador Jude Law. On hearing the news that Goma International Airport has been secured for the concert, Akon said today, “I’ve performed at some incredible venues around the world, but nothing like this. The symbolism of having this concert at Goma International Airport, as a gateway to the rest of the world, is so powerful. It’s an honour for me to be helping to share this message of hope with the concert audience and with millions around the world via TV, radio and other platforms.”

Howard G. Buffett, Chairman and CEO of the Howard G. Buffett Foundation said, “Our foundation has invested a total of $175 million in eastern DRC and Africa’s Great Lakes region in the belief that people need better economic opportunities to achieve lasting peace. We are delighted that our $10 million support for Peace One Day allows them to focus the next three years of their campaign on this region. This news of the airport becoming the venue for the Peace One Day 2014 concert is a massive boost to the public awareness aspect of this campaign.” Martin Kobler, Head of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), said today, “I’m delighted that the Peace One Day celebration will be in Goma at the International Airport. Peace One Day can count on MONUSCO’s

full support to make this happen. I thank President Kabila to allow the use of the airport to host the Peace One Day Concert. It will be an unforgettable day for the people of Goma and the Region.”

Peace One Day, founded by British filmmaker Jeremy Gilley, led the initiative fifteen (15) years ago to establish an annual day of global ceasefire and non-violence on 21 September - Peace Day. With analytics support from McKinsey & Company, Peace One Day believes that around half a billion people were aware of Peace Day in 2013, with around 8 million behaving more peacefully as a result of being involved in activities on the day. Peace One Day’s target for 2014 is to reach 1.5 billion people with the message of Peace Day, and 3 billion people by Peace Day 2016. For more information visit www.peaceoneday.org.

If it’s not good for everyone, it’s no good at all.

FROM MICHAEL TELLINGER

S

ome native people, like the Cherokee, have a saying that “if it’s not good for everyone, it’s no good at all.” In Africa, it is called UBUNTU. This philosophy was shared by hundreds, if not thousands, of ancient cultures all over the world. Although they may have been called by different names, it all seems to be aligned to the principles of UBUNTU. These united communities of the past have been maliciously destroyed and replaced by capitalism, industrialisation, modernisation and ultimately the absolute control by a handful of powerful and greedy individuals who have ruled the world for a long time, and who want to continue ruling it at all cost. We share with you the simplicity and joy of UBUNTU, where people do not live divided in fear of each other, but rather live in united communities that thrive in abundance on all levels. As a young child I was deeply affected by this suffering, wondering why there are poor people and rich people – why some people are homeless and hungry while others live in luxury. That feeling has never left me and I know that there are millions who feel the same way. And so a life of protest was laid out for me – sometimes subtle resistance and sometimes public activism against the oppressive regime under which I lived. Because of this we have started the Ubuntu Liberation Movement worldwide, currently setting it up as the “Ubuntu Party” in over 100 countries, where the rest of the world can support each country on a political front to take back our rights.

28

The great prophets and teachers of the past all tried to teach us the same wisdom: to stand united; to love and honour each other and live in harmony with all of creation. In fact, these are the same values that many of us try to teach our children. At this point we realise that we need to earn this thing called “money” to be able to survive and live on our own planet – the planet that we were born on. And suddenly this simple question began to ring repeatedly in my heart. How is it possible that we should need money to live on a planet that we were born on? Like many others before me I realised that we are born into pure slavery. This is indeed the great trap that has been set for us by those who control the creation and the supply of money. All our natural resources are being mined and traded by multinational corporations that have more rights than living, breathing, human beings. We have simply become slaves of these corporations all in the name of money, greed and political control. Most of us do not have the foggiest clue how it all works, how money is created and how a small number of banking families completely rule every imaginable aspect of our lives. They are the masterminds behind the global economic system that rules the world without being questioned or challenged. This system is designed to destroy everything that opposes it, to ensure its own survival. It has developed into a twisted form of consciousness that has confused humanity about our own destiny.

In 2005, I called it Contributionism . A global community where money is unnecessary, because the principles of Unity Consciousness triumph.

In Africa, we call this UBUNTU.

So – let us not only visualise this beautiful utopian world today – let us do something to manifest it with our hearts and the potential for infinite love we all have within us, as part of the infinite creation. The first thing each one of us can do is to share our knowledge and tell others about the bright future for all of humanity. Then join the UBUNTU Movement and do something else to contribute – something that comes from your heart. Our strength lies in unity.

Michael of the family Tellinger We are repeatedly told that our problems are insurmountable, and that it is all very complicated, and that only money can solve the world’s problems. We now know that this is a lie – because money does nothing. People do everything – people grow the food, build the bridges and solve the mathematical equations and create the most beautiful works of art. People do everything in great spirit and joy when they are allowed to do so. Money is the obstacle that prevents us all from creating and thriving. Now that we have recognised this we can do the right thing and inform everyone about this injustice. The past several years have seen a dramatic increase in legal action against the activities of the banking elite and the resistance keeps growing exponentially. The time for great change is upon us once again. It is up to us, the people of the world to embrace these changes, not through violence and confrontation, but through love and unity for all of humanity. So let us actively begin to spread the message of Unity Consciousness, or as I like to call it, “the breath of GOD” to all humanity, that will allow us to heal our division and change the misery into abundance, within a global community filled with love for each other, instead of fear of each other.

As a result of the recent South African elections, there is a realisation that change needs to take place globally and needs to address the immediate issues of worldwide poverty, unemployment and hunger. The Secret is Survival

BY JOHNNY DELIRIOUS

How to sustain our food supply. With all the additives, pesticides, vaccines, colouring, non-caking agents, flavourings, electromagnetic energy, chemtrails, etc. that our bodies are exposed to, I am convinced that anyone in today’s society would benefit from eating foods that are home grown without chemicals; plants that come from Mother Nature. The more I learned about the life force energy of the plant and the shamanic healings in the Amazon that have taken place where there is no toxicity. I asked myself during my recovery from Hepatitis A, B and C how can I do that where I live? Since 2007 I have been living in a Monolithic Dome. This is the most disaster proof structure in the world. According to FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) the Monolithic Dome will provide “near-absolute protection” from hurricane, tornados and fires. These domes are tested over and over again during all disasters and in many unfortunate situations the only thing left standing is the Monolithic Dome.

30

Not only is the structure durable to withstand most disasters but it has over 80% insulation from the climate with the outer foam covering protected by stucco and concrete with steel framing the interior walls. Therefore whether you are in the frigid tundra or hot baking desert, the interior is protected from extreme temperature and it does not take much energy to heat and cool. For the past two years I have been growing herbs and vegetables with no soil inside and around the domes.

Tower Gardens in between 3 Monolithic Domes - Total Protection on the Outside

My whole focus has always been about good liver health and I base my life direction into helping others achieve that. I am convinced that with this and a little daily exercise, a person will be free of most diseases including cancer, hepatitis, diabetes, heart attacks and less prone to addiction. The starting place for this is clean fresh food. Since I use only organic nutrients each system will provide the cleanest vegetables. Tim Blank was the founder of the farm at Tomorrow Land in the Epcot Center in Walt

Disney World Orlando, Florida. I saw firsthand there what the future of growing crops could be. After leaving his work with Disney, Blank developed an aeroponic growing system called The Tower Garden. No soil is needed. Many people are already using these systems on roof tops in big cities. With electrical power for the pump, the Towers have their own water supply and all you add is seeds, nutrients and sunlight. The main problem is high winds. The Monolithic Cabin is the perfect solution for this. The cabin is the same as a Monolithic Dome

31

but is transportable on a flat-bed truck, so people can move them into their back yard. The large cabin is 12’ wide and 24’ long and can hold up to 23 Tower Gardens.

The towers are affordable and can provide a continuous supply of food. One or two towers can provide fresh vegetables on a daily basis for a family of three or four all year round. I found the best application is to grow salad leaves.

Johnny inside Grow Dome

Once that methodology is in place then you can scale up and add more towers and wheels as well as more cabins and domes. Food quantity and quality as well as good liver health can all be achieved. This is the secret to survival in our world today. The past two years I have grown 7 different varieties of lettuce and use many of the cancer fighting calciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, kale, collards and brussell sprouts, all for their leaves to add to the salad. They help raise your immunity response; the key to recovery from life threatening liver diseases like hepatitis. Growing your own this way is more nutritious and I have found that it helps my clients recover faster. Since there is no soil, herbicides or chemicals of any kind; you just clip and eat. This is most nutritious for recovery and least toxic for the liver. The other system I have been working with in the domes is hydroponic wheel. The advantage to using the wheel is that you can

32

Inside Grow Cabin

I have learned that it is better to have many small independent systems for growing vegetables than to have long trays as used in most hydroponic systems, as this is easier for smaller groups of people to manage. I intensely studied the different systems. What I found and used for growing food in the domes were two types; the aeroponic tower system and a hydroponic wheel system.

grow the leaves so much faster. The towers grow food twice as fast as growing in the soil but the wheels can grow vegetables twice as fast again. As the light is in the centre, the plant does not fight gravity and gets stronger and grows faster. For many years in the beginning of my recovery I had a small garden plot 20’ X 20’ from which I would harvest fresh leaves for salads, juicing or meals. It gave me an alternative to buying vegetables from the store because I knew that I was not using chemicals in my garden. I worked every day to make sure the soil was built up, however I had competition. There were bugs, birds and rabbits all eating my vegetables. Now I don’t mind sharing but they were not helping me with my garden. The weather posed another threat and if the rains or winds were too hard, many of my seedlings did not make it. It was always a guessing game as how much and when I could eat from my garden. That all changed when I started growing in the domes. My wheels and towers are protected and an ample harvest occurs every time I walk in the door and since I can lock the door I have no competition. How Science got Punk’d

BY DR MANJIR SAMANTA-LAUGHTON MBBS, DIP BIO-ENERGY We all wonder at the night sky - the great expanse, the Milky Way, and shooting stars. Little did I know that my interest in complementary therapies would lead me to discover a new physics theory, the Black Hole Principle that would turn conventional views of cosmology on its head. My first book, Punk Science (O books 2006), has taken the science world by storm and I am often mistaken for a theoretical physicist, but don’t even have a physics A-level. How did this all come about?

34

W

hilst I was a medical student in London in the 90s, I started to realise that the medical system as it stands is not very holistic and, worse still, based on outdated science that sees the world and everything in it as little more than machines. I began to take an interest in the more holistic complementary therapies, training as a bio-energy healer as well as a medical GP. Not only did I see the benefits to patients, but also realised the link between such therapies and the new ideas in cutting edge science. Quantum physics, string theory and cosmology are breaking all the previous rules by saying that the universe is not a solid machine. When you break down a molecule to an atom and then look even deeper than that, you find a lot of empty space. Particles within an atom are not solid, but exist as merely ideas, or information.

Furthermore, this weird existence is actually influenced by our own observations - a radical scientific idea that some find hard to accept and medicine simply ignores. I realised that some of the ideas in quantum physics, such as non-locality where two particles are linked no matter the distance between them, could help explain phenomena such as distant healing. But it was the world of cosmology that really caught my imagination. Here was the shocking revelation that most of the universe is missing - we label the missing parts dark matter and energy. And then there are black holes with which I soon became almost obsessed, gradually realising that my future career was not as a GP. But my research showed that a strange picture of black holes was emerging. According to current theories, black holes are supposed to be great cosmic monsters, gobbling everything in their path, but telescopes like Hubble were showing us that black holes lie at the heart of every galaxy and furthermore, that they exude material at the speed of light!

Then, in 2003 all my research came together in one dramatic insight - black holes are not the guzzling monsters people think they are, they are the creative forces of the universe. They are the source of infinite light that spirals through the dimensions to the edge of our reality, something we call the speed of light, where the particle of light splits into two constituent mirror parts - antimatter and matter.

Photo Credit: NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center

This absolutely correlates with observations - we do indeed see electrons flowing out of black holes at just below the speed of light, something physicists currently cannot explain. But this makes sense according to this theory as the electrons have only just slowed down enough to reach our dimension where they can be measured. The process breathes the other way too. The antimatter and matter recombine and form light in the form of gamma ray bursts. This is the reason why we see periodic gamma ray bursts all over the sky including as two bubbles from our own Milky Way galaxy.

35

Not only that, but the process occurs at every level of the universe. The proof often lies in the characteristic bipolar jet pattern - two fast jets jutting out at 180 degrees to each other. This can be found both in galaxies and even around planets and stars and all the way down to quarks.

Everything is following the same pattern from supermassive black holes at the centres of galaxies to atoms and beyond and everything in between. They are all creative points of infinite light coming down through the dimensions giving off periodic jets of high energy emissions. I spent years correlating the theory with the actual data and observations from space. Because the theory is so simple, it is quite easy to make predictions. Does this mean that we also live on a creative black hole? Is that what planet Earth is? Surprisingly this is where I found a lot of evidence for the Black Hole Principle - from the antimatter flowing from the centre of the earth to the lightning coming from volcano eruptions to the gamma ray bursts which are in the earth’s upper atmosphere.

Photo Credit: James Gordon Graham, Shutterstock

In the last example this is where I was to find one of the most amazing and radical proofs of the Black Hole Principle yet. Many people do not know this but there are gamma ray

bursts or flashes TGFs in the earth’s upper atmosphere which are just as powerful as in the black holes in space. They are associated with thunderstorms and of course this is where lightning comes from - it is the electron discharge from the creative black holes in the TGF. The conventional view of lightning is that it is produced by static electricity in clouds but this does not provide nearly enough power. In 2010 NASA investigated TGFs and to their surprise found that antimatter comes out of thunderstorms. This of course is what was predicted by the Black Hole Principle. Then the next surprise came. The other element of thunderstorms is, of course, rain. Logically I realised back in 2005 that if TGFs are black holes, then water must come out of black holes in some sort of interdimensional process. Although working on this in private, I refrained from emphasising this in public as I realised people would find this too outlandish. Water coming out of black holes seemed just too crazy. Yet in 2011 the results started to drip in, pardon the pun. The biggest pool of water in space had been found and it was gushing out of a black hole! Suddenly water was being discovered everywhere: on moons, planets, comets and even from sunspots. No other theory that I am aware of predicted that water would be emitted from black holes. It doesn’t fit any other picture of the cosmos and the findings are a total surprise to current science. The power of a theory is how it makes predictions and this really is a big step forward in the proof that the Black Hole Principle is on the right track and could even revolutionise our lives. At last we might be able to understand why we have water on the planet in the first place and we may be able to harness the process to produce free and clean energy in the future.

YOU ARE THE PLACEBO MAKING YOUR MIND MATTER

BY DR. JOE DISPENZA The placebo effect demystified by one of America’s top neuroscientists Throughout history, many cultures have experienced the effects of verifiable healings, along with hexes, curses, witchcraft, voodoo and other mysterious phenomena. These effects - many of which were elicited by unscientific means - were brought about by the beliefs and lore of the society. Even today, pharmaceutical companies use double- and triple-blind randomized studies in an attempt to exclude the power of the mind over the body.

In You Are the Placebo, Dr Joe Dispenza explores the history, the science and the practical applications of the so-called placebo effect. The many amazing case studies will empower you to personally use ‘the expectation of a particular outcome’ to alter your internal states - as well as external reality - solely through the action of your mind. This book offers the necessary understandings to change old beliefs and perceptions into new, and teaches a model of personal transformation that correlates with the placebo effect, without the need for any external influences.

BY CHARLES EISENSTEIN Sacred Economics traces the history of money from ancient gift economies to modern capitalism, revealing how the money system has contributed to alienation, competition, and scarcity, destroyed community, and necessitated endless growth. Today, these trends have reached their extreme—but in the wake of their collapse, we may find great opportunity to transition to a more connected, ecological, and sustainable way of being.

A SHORT HISTORY OF MYTH KAREN ARMSTRONG Human beings have always been mythmakers. What are myths? How have they evolved? And why do we still so desperately need them? The history of myth is the history of humanity; our stories and beliefs, our curiosity and attempts to understand the world, link us to our ancestors and each other. Myths help us make sense of the universe. Armstrong takes us from the Paleolithic period and the myths of the hunters right up to the Great Western Transformation of the last 500 years and the discrediting of myth by science. Heralding a major series of retellings of international myths by authors from around the world, Armstrong’s characteristically insightful and eloquent book serves as a brilliant, and thought-provoking introduction to myth in the broadest sense – and why we dismiss it at our peril. A heavyweight subject in a surprisingly easy formula – brilliantly written and no home should be without a copy. ISBN-10: 1841956449

SACRED ECONOMICS: MONEY, GIFT, AND SOCIETY IN THE AGE OF TRANSITION

This book is about how the money system will have to change—and is already changing—to embody this transition. A broadly integrated synthesis of theory, policy, and practice, Sacred Economics explores avant-garde concepts of the New Economics, including negative-interest currencies, local currencies, resourcebased economics, gift economies, and the restoration of the commons. Author Charles Eisenstein also considers the personal dimensions of this transition, speaking to those concerned with “right livelihood” and how to live according to their ideals in a world seemingly ruled by money. Tapping into a rich lineage of conventional and unconventional economic thought, Sacred Economics presents a vision that is original yet commonsense, radical yet gentle, and increasingly relevant as the crises of our civilization deepen.
