When eating the right foods with an exercise routine, you will find the best path to a healthier and happier you.
Instructions:
Scripture: Jesus and his disciples walked and talked often “Jesus and his disciples went to another village. As they were walking along the road…” (Luke 9:56-57a).
• You must weigh yourself daily. Drink at least 64-80 oz. of water per day.
• Your meals need to consist of fruits, vegetables, and meat: no snacking, no sweets, no white products.
• Start using a smaller plate for your food portions.
• Limit the number of times you eat at restaurants.
• Need to cook your meals if you want to see results.
• Exercise at least 30-40 minutes 4-5 times per week.
• Walking is a great way to exercise.
• Record all your meals.
