Dana's mission is to empower audacious women with an understanding that Every Strand Counts by piecing mind, body, and spirit components together that result in scalp rejuvenation, hair regeneration and a growing sustainable Sisterlocks business. She encourages holistic living and full selfexpression, through hair advocacy, training, coaching, consulting, books and talk show Every Strand Counts.

What advice would you give other women about Stepping Out of THEIR Comfort Zone?
My advice to other women is to align and associate yourself with like-minded people. This will keep you motivated to push forward.
Convey a pivotal moment when you stepped out of your comfort to defeat fear, challenges, and roadblocks of disappointment, propelling you to the next level.
I stepped out of my comfort zone after I became honest with myself. I acknowledged that I needed support to propel me to the next level personally and professionally. My hopes and dreams required structure, direction, and expertise. So I hired a coach. That has changed the trajectory of my life and business.
