The largest conference suite in Oxfordshire is right here at the Kassam Stadium. With a capacity for 850 delegates theatre style, we are renowned for our ability to cater and accommodate for large numbers of delegates. The Quadrangle Suite also breaks down into three individually soundproofed suites all working independently from each other.
Step outside of the suite and you are met with far reaching views of the Oxfordshire countryside through the floor to ceiling glass windows, as your delegates relax and enjoy refreshments. Located on the 2nd Floor the Christchurch Suite can accommodate up to 120 delegates for a meeting and 80 for private dining. With it’s own bar, private rest rooms and balcony overlooking the pitch, the Christchurch Suite provides a secluded space for your event. The boardroom adjacent to the main suite can be used as a further meeting room or as a staging area for catering.

Directions From M4 Leave the M4 at Junction 13. Join the Northbound carriageway of the A34. Once on the A34 follow the brown football signs which will take you directly to The Kassam Stadium. Directions from M40 (Junction 7) Leave the M40 at Junction 7. At the end of the slip road, turn left on to the A329 following signs towards Little Milton and Stadhampton. You will start to see signs for the B480. Continue to the end of the B480 – at the next main roundabout take the first left and follow the sign post to Bowlplex. The Kassam Stadium is on your right.
Directions From Birmingham Leave the M40, southbound at Junction 9. Join the southbound carriageway of the A34 and follow the brown football signs which will take you directly to The Kassam Stadium. The Kassam Stadium is situated just off the A4142 Oxford Ring Road, under two miles from the City Centre Parking The stadium has over 2,000 free car parking spaces on-site. By Rail Oxford Station is located close to central Oxford and is less than 5 miles from the Kassam Stadium. A taxi rank is available outside the station. By Air Oxford is conveniently situated for both National and International travellers arriving by air. Heathrow , Birmingham and Bristol airports are all within an hour’s journey via easily accessible roads and rail links.
