Length of stay remains almost unchanged The average length of stay for tourists in April was 1.70 nights (-1%).
Domestic tourists: 1.51 nights Among primary markets, British tourists stay the longest (2.47 nights), and Finns spent the shortest time (1.44 nights).

Room occupancy rates and price of bednights ** decreased In April 416 accommodation establishments offered accommodation services for tourists; 7 466 rooms and 15 054 beds were available for guests. The room occupancy rate was 44%, 3% lower than in April of the previous year. The average cost of a bednight in an accommodation establishment was 523 kroons, which is 106 kroons less expensive compared to April 2008.
Travellers by air decrease, but by sea increased The number of passengers at Tallinn Airport was 111 400, down 28% compared with April the year before. The number of passengers passing through the Port of Tallinn totaled 549 200, up by 10% compared with April last year.
