MONTGOMERY
Hazlewood Legacy Exemption Is a tuition and fee waiver for children, under the age of 26, of Texas veterans. This does NOT include living expenses, books, student service fees or supply fees. Chapter 33: The Post-9/11 GI Bill provides education benefits for those who have served on active duty for 90 or more days after Sep. 10, 2001. The payment rate depends on how much active duty time a member has.
Chapter 30: For active-duty members who enroll and pay $100 per month for 12 months are then entitled to receive a monthly education benefit once they have completed a minimum service obligation.
