JOB FAIRS Career Development hosts five job fairs each year: Fall, Summer Camp, Entrepreneurial, Spring, and Teacher. To register online go to www.myinterfase.com/tamu-commerce/employer

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWING If you are interested in recruiting on-campus, Career Development will work with you to coordinate interview scheduling, resume collection, and office space for your interviews.


LION TRACKS You can post your part-time, full-time, internship, and co-op jobs, search student and alumni resumes, register for the job fairs, and check out collaborative opportunities with Career Development that will assist you with your recruiting needs. Access the following website: https://www.myinterfase.com/tamu-commerce/employer 1. New Users Registration: click on “Click here to Register!” and follow the directions on that page. NOTE: Once you have registered and if you posted a job, both your account and job will be in pending status. An administrator will review both your account and job. Once your registration is activated, you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive your email notification within two business days, please contact our office at (903) 468-3223.

2. Existing Users: • Enter your Username and Password. • Click on Login. Update My Profile • To update Employer or Contact Information, click on [Edit]. Make changes and click on SAVE. Student Search • Select Search. Choose your criteria and click on SEARCH. • To view all available students, just click on SEARCH. • Once your search is complete, you may view, sort, or create a resume packet which you can receive via email To Create a New Job • Click on New Job. Enter job information. Fields with an * are required information. Fill out as much information as possible to make the job posting complete. In the field, “Application Instructions,” enter the procedure in which a potential employee may apply for this position. Click on SAVE to update this information. *Under the Posting Information section, there are two fields that you need to review. In “Show Contact Information,” if you select No, your contact information will not be available to potential employees. In “Allow Online Referrals,” if you select Yes, students can submit their resume to you via this system (i.e., you will receive email notification of students’ job application and be able to view resumes on-line).

To Make Changes to Current Jobs • There are several sections (Position Information, Contact Information and Posting Information) that you may update. • To make changes to any sections, click on the [Edit] link and make your changes. Once completed, click on SAVE for each section. NOTE: Once you add a job or make changes to a current job, this information will be reviewed by a Career Development employee before it is posted and you will then receive an automated response, confirming the posting.

To Register for a Career Event • Click on the Career Events menu. • You will see a list of all current Career Events. • To view details or register, click on the Career Event’s name. • Fill out your profile and select the appropriate fees. NOTE: Once you register for an event, you will be able to immediately print the invoice (click on the gray invoice button). Also, you will be emailed by our office to confirm your registration to the event. If you need to make changes to your profile or fees after your registration has been confirmed, you will need to contact our office at (903) 468-3223.


SPONSORSHIP Fall and Spring Job Fairs-$1,000 sponsorship includes: (a) Recognition in ALL job fair publicity and on our Career Development website (b) A full page ad in the Career Development Handbook “Make the Connection” ($300 value) (c) Registration for BOTH job fairs ($250 value), plus a prominent position at the job fairs

Business Etiquette Dinner-$300 sponsorship includes: (a) Promotion of your company and/or distribution of materials at the dinner (b) Opportunity for two representatives to meet and dine with students (c) Recognition in all advertisement for the dinner (d) Dining etiquette training for your staff representatives This is a wonderful opportunity to seek potential employees and interns. The maximum number of students at each dinner is 50. There will only be one sponsor at each dinner. ***We also provide private etiquette dinners to groups.

ADVERTISING Feature your company by placing an advertisement in the Career Development Handbook, “Make the Connection”, which is offered free, throughout the year, to all (10,000+) students, faculty, staff, and alumni on seven campuses. Following rates apply to full color ads:
