Transfer Students

Submit the $40 application fee ($75 for International Students)

Submit your official high school transcript or GED scores to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions (not needed for students with 24 or more hours)

Submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended to the Office of Recruitment & Admissions Have SAT or ACT scores sent directly to the University. The codes are: SAT, 0366; ACT, 4045. (not needed for students with 24 or more hours)

For Transferring Freshmen (1-23 Transfer Hours)* You will apply for admission as a transferring freshman if you: • Have enrolled at another institution after graduating from high school or earning a GED, and • Have or will have earned 1-23 transferable college credit hours at the time of your intended transfer. • Applicants must meet Freshmen Admission requirements (prospect.tamucc.edu/freshmen.html) For Transferring Students (24 or more Transfer Hours)* You will apply for admission as a transfer student if you: • Have enrolled at another institution after graduating from high school or earning a GED, and • Have earned 24 or more transferable college credit hours at the time of your intended transfer. If you wish to successfully transfer to A&M-Corpus Christi, you must meet the following requirements (students applying with 24 or more credit hours): Grade Point Average (GPA) A cumulative 2.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale Status Requirements Must have 24 or more credit hours and be eligible to return to your previous institution Regular Transfer Admission Obtaining automatic admission to the University holds no extra conditions for applicants, though additional requirements may exist for those pursuing certain degree programs (e.g., Nursing).
