CASA WRITING CENTER
The Center for Academic Student Achievement (CASA) Writing Center assists students, online and on campus, by providing consistent, knowledgeable, and flexible support. Graduate students may receive up to three weekly one-hour sessions at the Writing Center and can request weekly standing appointments for an entire semester. These sessions are intended to provide ongoing, in-depth assistance to students working on extended writing projects.
GROW RESOURCES
The Graduate Resource and Opportunity Workspace (GROW) offers graduate students an exclusive space and variety of resources tailored specifically to their academic needs and professional development. GROW provides professional workshops, student support events, networking activities, and community service opportunities. Events include resume building workshops, dissertation/thesis workshops, and professional headshot photography sessions.
I-CREATE LAB & MAKERSPACE
TAMU-CC thrives as a vibrant, diverse community of scholars, artists, and learners, united by a passion for academic excellence and creative expression. A powerful catalyst for this spirit of innovation is the I-Create Lab & Makerspace, nestled within the Mary & Jeff Bell Library.
Here, an array of cutting-edge tools await the campus community, including 3D printers, virtual reality gear, embroidery machines, and beyond. This dynamic space empowers students to bring their visions to life, be it through design, construction, or invention. The possibilities are limited only by one’s imagination.
