A new food infrastructure for the Hudson Valley Tanaya Kadam, Huiwon Hong, Zeyi Jiang, Jianqi Li

FOOD BAY is a new model for the regional foodshed, joining small-scale farms with local and regional markets. Since more and more farms in the Hudson Valley suffer from insufficient or obsolete infrastructure as well as lack of affordable access to marketing opportunities. The HUDSON CITY FOOD-BAY proposes a new sharing economy, sited along the historic waterfront, to enhance and join farming, production, and distribution. On Tuesday, taking cucumbers (Me) to the FoodBay Coop.

He is Mark from BlueStar farms, making 300 tonnes of produce a year.

Our farm makes 130 varieties of vegetables and herbs

The yoga institute is places between trees and green self-containing court. The performer is in relation to oneself and its natural surrounding helping to create an inward looking landscape. The main idea of this water element is about leaving oneself and stepping into an immersive yoga driven surrounding. Shriyog institute follows the Iyengar system of learning asana and pranayama with a blend of Ayurvedic lifestyle and music to bring health and wholeness.

The House is conceived as a series of similar but varied courtyards havibg their own themes. The house is organized around these courtayrds and the public space extending towards the surrounding ladscape. Articulation of materials further breaks down the scale of the house, with the walls in locally sourced stone and oxidized (cement) floors and walls, including an outwardly sloping wooden roofs.

AFFORDABLE & HEALTHY LIVING 100 ACRES AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT, CHAKAN, PUNE Team: Urban Design team at Integrid Design

A township with multiple communities sharing spaces by creating a positive environment. A story between built mass and open space with various levels of connections. Architect wanted residents to feel a sense of community and openness without sacrificing on lifestyle, so he lined a series of inner walkways with connections to the clusters, allowing just enough movement throughout the project.
